Went to look for a car on Sunday afternoon found a Vauxhall grand lander on a 68 plate applied for finance and everything was in place apart from a settlement letter from my current provider, I asked my finance company for this but because it was Sunday they were closed so Kat deal manager said it’s fine send this to us and you can pick your car up tomorrow. The next day I was contacted to say the vehicle had been sold to someone else although I had a signed credit agreement that was signed by both me and them. They breached the agreement and left me with the hassle of sorting it out. I was asked to go back to pick another vehicle when I arrived the manager couldn’t even be bothered to speak to me and explain
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
They don’t even deserve a one star

Up on our arrival, we had been greeted by Joe who had walked us through the showroom and had been extremely helpful. Oshan and Ethan guided us through our process smoothly. All had been extremely helpful. Definitely recommend.

From the sales team to driving away my new car, everyone involved in my purchase gave excellent service. Sales were customer friendly, no pressure, and answered all my questions honestly and positively. Really satisfied with the deal I received on P/X of my old car....very honest but open to my limits on what I would accept.
On pick up day, again excellent service and Max made everything straightforward.

Trade centre uk Rotherham are an absolute disgrace. Their staff are incredibly entitled and rude as a start, they do NOT stick to their price promise, and they refuse to take any kind of accountability for their actions of selling a faulty car to customers!

We bought a fiat 500 with a faulty windscreen wiper and a juddering engine, and after their being a visible fault, and the engineer saying there is a mechanical fault they told us they had fixed it when in actual fact they had just replaced the wiper blade and done nothing about the juddering engine!! We took the car back 4 times ( which we couldn't afford to do ) as the problems were exactly the same and had even written to the CEO with absolutely no response. And every time we brought the car back they told us nothing was wrong with either the wiper or the engine, they had our car for 2 weeks ( which was incredibly inconvenient being without a vehicle for that long ) and they didn't contact us about the vehicle in the meantime.

They did not allow us to reject the car ( but we should have been allowed to do this under the consumer acts of 2016 ) and they only issued us a refund after we threatened them with small claims court and the fact that we were recording the phone calls between us and them.

Their policies are very unreliable and totally wrong!! What they say you should expect you do NOT get. This is a disgusting place of business and you should not buy a car from here at all, unless you want to be without a vehicle, be lied to and told that it is fixed and then be gaslit into thinking there is not a problem when it is incredibly clear that there is and unless you would like to be tret like dirt by their staff members then do not buy a car from this embarrassment of an establishment.

Bought a car from this company and broke down after 4 days of buying it tuck them a full week to recover it and a week to fix no courtesy car which was very poor. Got the car back been told they fixed it only was in it 15 minutes broke down again tuck them another week to recover it still no courtesy car . very disappointing customer service I won’t be going back there again

Was greeted on entrance by Alex who helped me find car. Then all paper work sorted by Abdullah. Both of these gentlemen were great and helpful

Recently went out my way to visit the Rotherham showroom due to the extremely good prices advertised online. It’s just a way to get you there as every car is the same price as any other dealership. Probably good if you’re local but I wouldn’t recommend travelling to visit a trade centre.

Terrible after sales experience. Bought a car less than two weeks ago, paid extra money for car mats, no car mats provided or explanation as to why, drivers side speakers not working and more worryingly, engine management light came on three days ago, called them and got told ring your warranty company, even though I had 30 days warranty with them. Got AA out to check problem, they said needs to go in for repair ASAP, got given a date of 14th August!!!! Challenged this and got told to drop car off and hopefully be a cancellation within 7 days and they would fix it, but then can’t provide me with a courtesy car or tell me how long the car will be with them for, so less than 2 weeks after purchasing a vehicle I have to drop it off and have no car for 7 days. Absolutely terrible service, wish I’d bought a vehicle elsewhere with some proper after sales support. Would NOT recommend.
