i have played instant roulette about 4 week ago
and there was a tech problem and i made 3 bets that didnt play but took my money this is about 40 euro all together
im stil;l waiting on a solution and the rechearge off it its riddikles how long it takes it take 1 min to take youre money but visa versa im still waiting on it
i have talked 3 times to support and senden 2 emails but im still waiyting for my money

Hello, i been playing on Trada Casino for about 8 months i have deposited numerous amounts and been given bonuses of 1000$ to play with.

I won about 36k last week and cashed out 15k after they gave me a 35$ bonus, i then requested for the remainder to be cashed out and they said i would have to wait a month,
every month i can only request 15000 which i said is okay.

Of course i did what they wanted me to do and i played the remaining amount turning it into 450k i then log on to chat and ask for a nice amount to be wired as it would take a few years to get it

at 15000 a month. So the host congratulates me and is basically jumping up and down laughing with me and all, And says you can do a 5000 withdrawal as a gesture and i said okay.

he then emails me and tells me he has news for me to come and see him in the chat i get into the chat and he tells me that basically if im not active on the website my loyalty will lower and that could be an issue, in other words saying i should keep playing so i dropped down too 400$k. 

After playing for so long, the following day im told i can't get my winnings and i should have only won 100$ instead of what i got already because it was a 35$ bonus and max payout on a bonus is 100$ which doesn't make sense again because they were offering me 1000$ bonuses.

, meanwhile they cashed me out twice and congratulated me and made me feel like i was everything.

then they added a 500$ free cash bonus with no restrictions on wagering or requirements and it was available to cash out immediately.

does that make any sense to anyone?

mind i tell you i have over 40k in this casino and i understand the consequences of gambling i do it respectfully and to what i can handle

Same as every other review sneaky site even after meeting there ridiculous 50 times wagering requirements on 10 no deposit spins on a rubbish game I managed to have some luck in total won £1186 over two days met all requirements as set out in the terms and conditions then still can’t cashout.
Now they want me to deposit minimum £10 then wager my full account balance a further 50 times so £1186+£10 x 50 = £59800 before they let me cashout

Tradacasino is nothing but a bunch of crooks. I have been playing for months, and brough to their attention several tkmes now duringba specific game where i will get 3 scatter cards but never ever get to play my free spins. At forst they gave me some b.s they wanted screen shos. So i sent them somevthe next time it occurred. Then that wasnt good enough. They wanted to now ghe exact game history. From the time i played and got the 3 scatters down to the #of spin it was i didnt recieve my free spins. Then they told me it was a glitch in their software! No sh_t!!! Trada is enorm achteruit gegaan sinds ze een aantal maanden geleden de site volgens hun "geupdate" hebben hij doet lang over de rondes in bv rise en doom en gooit je er vaak uit de site loopt regelmatig vast .

Trada casino is the worse I have (unfortunatelly) spend money on. First they don't give you you're welcome offer and when you eventually manage to chat with the support through chat they tell you that you choose to opt-out of the welcome offer....WHY would anybody willingly opt-out of a welcome offer...??? But they don't give a damn and don't care about you...the only thing they care about is getting your money (which you could say is normal for a casino but this one is on another level). Also when you (try) to chat with their support team they just stop answering for no reason then your connexion times out and you have to start all over again explaining everything which is a real pain. SO to sumarize...AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an account with tradacasino for about 1 year. few days ago I made deposit of 10£ and I play about 30 minutes. and after 30 min I have my money back 10£ and I put it on my account back because I was bored to play. and they ask me for my identity. because I put 10£ withdraw. is this fair for you.? why you don't ask me for my identity before making the deposit. they ask me for my bank account. but 1 of my bank account I have lost it. and my bank replace my card and is not the same long number anymore.instead off 3823 is 3831.and because I don't have proof off that I have lost and replace my card. they don't want to give me my money (10£) do you thing this is wright ?? :))))

I have been using this site in and off for a long time.. I’ve had to verify my account 3 times with them. I won 400 from a bonus and I got 200 back and the other 200 cancelled. This annoyed me a lot so I stopped using the site for a while (4 months) I recently deposited €25 as a birthday treat and won some money and again I was asked to verify my account. I emailed them to check that I sent everything they asked and they replied to say the documents were received (Thursday) but would take up to 48 hours to verify and they don’t do it over the weekend. Monday came and I wanted my money before I spent it but they emailed me at approx 5pm and asked for some documents that I know I had already sent. They then said that these documents would take up to another 48 hours to be processed again. What a joke. I’ve now spent the money and have nothing to withdraw. What happened to their 0-6 hours withdrawal times as since they changed it is now 48 hours for a cash out to be approved.

It looks like they’ll do everything in their power to try to stop you withdrawing.

If you would like to use their chat the wait is around 45 mins and you’ll get logged out and have to restart the whole wait again. So I guess this doesn’t have a function except to waste your time.
Since they changed to their new platform, the games run slowly and the search function isn’t great..

Worse online casino I've ever used. Made a deposit because of a welcome offer. Didn't get the bonus and when complained was given a poor excuse. Won £30 from £10 deposit, tried to withdraw. Deposited again the following day after getting an email promising 25 free spins when I deposit, again deposited and didn't get the bonus. Another poor excuse given that there was a withdrawal pending so bonus didn't apply (why send me the email then). 10 days later still my withdrawal still pending. Contacted trada and after waiting 40 mins they tell me they need documents from me. Withdrawal is going to take 20+ days to arrive. Worse casino ever. Do not bother.

Trustpilot needs to update reviews left for this company, because the high 5 star ratings only refer to Trada when they were operated in Dublin. Back then, they 100% were THE best casino on the internet. But since they transferred/sold all operations to Aspire Global International LTD, it's now one of the worst!

Really wouldn't reccomend this site, as a new customer I got my free 50 spins and won about £3.00, I played this and won over £110.00. It wouldn't let me withdraw until I mad a deposit so I tried to make a deposit and it logged me out. When I tried to log back it it said my account had been disabled and to contact support, I did this and they said it was because I had self excluded myself from a sister account but it let me play for over an hour and accumulate winnings of over £110.00. But when o contacted support they told me I only had 16p on account. So glad I didn't deposit.
