Stay away from slots. Yesterday I've been playing for almost 1h and 30 min not a single bonus . Today same story , so many dead spins, I'm wasting my money i don't get a single spin bonus. To make an idea of how much you lose , you bet 35 quid and you win 5 back . It's pretty disgusting the winning rate .

I would advise anyone who joins betahoy keep well away from the casino games and slots..pragmatic play big bass are rigged it's for entertainment only...not for winning...they are making millions deceiving people and are treating people as a set of mugs ..they are laughing all the way to the bank...The sports are ok and fair..the casino part are not fair..my advise is stay away from the casino part

Terrible so site and there contact us is as good as not there. Staked loads and they give you absolutely nothing. I went on live chat and it’s not live and it just sends a message and hours later nothing. The customer experience is terrible and they give you nothing for your loyalty and even when you join you get nothing. Far better companies out there and I would go elsewhere like I am where you get looked after.

As others have said, this site is awful.

Casino's need to stop hiding behind RNG's. Pragmatic and other vendors offer casinos different settings for different games. Casinos can choose RTP settings, volatility and other approved configurations. If you're getting consistently terrible returns, it's fair to question what version of the games a casino is running.

This casino does exactly that. You'll spin and spin just to keep losing and getting rubbish bonus games - if you're lucky enough to get one.

Deposited £15. Got a bonus game on my first spin for £3.48.

Then I wagered through the required amount to receive the 100 free spins promotion. After all that play, the 100 free spins paid a pathetic £4.03. One hundred dead-ass spins for £4.03.

Eye of Horus: best win £5.80.

By this point I'd put well over my original deposit through the site and had virtually nothing to show for it. Constant dead spins, terrible returns and bonus features that barely paid anything.

This site is TERRIBLE!!!

Yeah, no. Won't be playing here again and I suggest you all avoid this con site.

Easiest account closure I ever made.

Bet AVOID.

Nice so far!

Honestly so far, seems a nice casino!

Found via a cashback website I write guides for, I've deposited 35 (Only needed to do 20 for the cashback but I fancied a punt) and I've won £100 on gates of olympus. I didn't take on any kind of bonus as I don't like the wager requirements so I tend to stay away from them.

best part which warrants this review is the cashout was done within minutes.. and in my bank!

Another generic casino that hates winners. AVOID

Betahoy is just another generic online casino in an overcrowded market, offering nothing particularly special in terms of rewards, promotions, or loyalty incentives. There are countless casinos out there, and Betahoy gives players very little reason to choose them over the competition. Even the interface is totally generic based on an assembly line platform.
What really left a sour taste was the way my account was handled. Initially I had received an email stating:
"Hope you're well. Our compliance team have set you a £2,000 per day limit. This will reset at 11:05pm today."
This suggested that my daily limit was £2,000. However, after I had a successful run and won some money, I was then told:
"Thank you for your message, I can see you have currently reached your £500 net monthly deposit limit, this was a limit set by our Compliance team so might not be visible on your Limits profile."
So apparently there was a £500 net monthly deposit limit in place suddenly, despite it not being visible on my account and despite earlier communications referring to a completely different limit. The timing of this revelation, coming after I had won, raises serious questions about transparency and consistency.

It's difficult not to feel that Betahoy is perfectly happy for customers to deposit and lose, but becomes far more restrictive when a player actually starts winning. If compliance limits are being applied, they should be clearly communicated, visible on the account, and explained consistently from the outset—not introduced after the fact when it suits the operator.

The conflicting information, lack of transparency, and absence of meaningful rewards have left me with little confidence in Betahoy. There are plenty of other casinos available, and based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This is one to absolutely AVOID

There was an issue, but Betahoy did fix it !

I have updated the rating to 4 stars , as Betahoy have sorted things out very professionally and nice way. It does mean a lot to me that they care about their customers and Actually listen to their complains. Thank you.

I placed a bet on over 1.5 goals on 52nd minute, on 58th minute game was stopped and never restarted, so my bets should be voided but instead, this company stole
my 200£! so
when I asked for evidence, they provided my flashscore score result 0-0 but next to it , it says finished early!!!! all another bookmekers voided the bets, because the did not finished, but this company just stole customer
money! be aware and careful with them!

The game was on 8th of June Jordan u20 vs Iraq u20!

probably up there with the worst casino…

probably up there with the worst casino i ever used, spent 100 over two days just playing 10p ans 20p spins literally impossible to get a bonus and when u do i got 2.40 off 20p and it takes literally 25 pound off you at 10 p before you ever get a bonus so u have mo chanxe of winning. id advisw against playing any slots as there all rigged but if you do stick to the well known sites
