Had a aerial fitted,and the fittings for the connection were no were to be seen,Malcolm who came to fit it went above and beyond to get it sorted.it took a lot longer than it would have for a normal property we live in a park home,and nothing is where it should be.so I highly recommend this company.and will be my first port of call if I need any help in the future.

Malcolm from Total Support Group was very quick to understand my problems; he was a good listener. He was then able to provide a solution and put it into place. When he left my BT TV system was fully functioning.
A most professional service, very good advice and provided a good understanding of what had needed to be done.

I would recommend this company. Very reliable, and the engineer, Malcom, was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and professional. I had a wifi booster installed in a holiday home, which was quite a complicated job. But Malcolm managed without a fuss, came up with lots of alternatives / suggestions / options. We are so happy with the end product.

Outstanding service provided by Craig. We had moved house and loads of thing's to get done. Had a BT engineer come a couple of days ago to install broadband and TV but could not get signal from the aerial. I rang BT and they arranged for TSG to come out to sort out the problem. Fantastic service and price. We wouldn't have known Craig was here, he just got on with the job. Thank you Craig.

I recently had a EE 4G/5G Antenna installed, it starts off promising with the run down that the antenna will be dry installed and expectations given before proceeding with installing it or not, and if it isn't going to be worthwhile you are refunded the install cost minus £10.

Day of the install comes, I let the engineer know that by the far best placement for my router prior to adding an antenna was at the rear bedroom upstairs, picking up weak 5G and decent speeds off of 4G. I said that whilst there can be a good signal from the other direction the speeds when it does connect to that cell id are awful, but none the less its decided that this side of the house is better and pointed towards this bad tower. It is then only mounted a little over head height which surprised me but again, you assume you are paying for knowledge.

Leaving them to it a short while later this is then all installed (no expectations given on performance or if its even worth while), I am then told "EE" didn't tell TSG it was a 5G Router and as such they don't have the adaptors needed to connect it up or test it so this would be sent out to me later. Given these are a low cost it was a surprise none are kept onboard the van but ok... The engineer then leaves and its then I notice the dust and debris from drilling the hole that's far too big for the cable just left all inside the house and the excess of the hole is filled with basic caulk with a cable sticking out, as you would expect this never dried beyond a soft putty that still moved as the cable moved and to be quite frank for a professional installation of anything was shocking, cable grommets / entries are not more than a few pound at best.

Credit where its due the adaptors turned up the next day, I plug them in, flip the switch to external and.... speed halves at best. Trying all different combinations of plugging this in and turning the switch between internal antennas and external without fail never showed anything less than a 50% drop in speed.

I call EE, they log a job with TSG, I wait another week and lose another day off work to see someone running speed test over and over expecting it to suddenly get better, they try it with a different antenna, no change, realign it sever times, no change. I did again raise that the speed using the 4 built in antennas is reliably faster even next to the antenna, but even more so elsewhere in the house, could we perhaps use the spare antenna just to see what that gave located at the rear or property? Nope.

It was then declared with pride that I was getting a steady 12mbpson 4G now, despite the "good" signal perhaps there is something interfering between the mast and the antenna and to give it a few days to see if it gets better. Of course, it hasn't and was no where near the speeds I could get without the antenna.

I have since called EE, asked to cancel and return my router as whilst it can get great speeds it varies wildly and is just not suitable at this time in my location, they are doing this and I was told to contact TSG to arrange the return of the antenna.

Call TSG, told need to call EE as they cant do anything without that and then they can send someone out to service it again, but I cant now get a refund as the engineer wouldn't have installed it if it wasn't suitable.

Fortunately as it was only half arsed installed, 2 screws and the giant hole, it was very to take this down myself and not waste another day I guess I will have to try and sell this second hand to recoup any loss.

If you are looking to get an antenna installed, seriously consider if you are better off just doing it yourself. Most retailers at least will allow you return the antenna if its in saleable condition (Just actually do a dry install test before drilling) and chances are the end result will look a lot better too.

I had been without TV signal for weeks and as soon as Chris Thornton arrived he knew what the problem was. Chris (and his MD Alistair who signed off the required work needed within minutes) went out of his way to fix the issue straight away. Chris was such a lovely, professional guy! I can't thank him enough!
