The job was arranged over the phone within 24hrs of request the time between being contacted and the engineer ariveing was fantastic at about 3 hrs. The engineer Craig was really friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he was realy diligent and kept me informed of my choices and gave advice on best locations and fitting.he cleaned up after job . I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Brent was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding setting up our new mobile internet router to an antenna to be placed in the best possible location. Testing the speeds and double checking everything before going ahead. Very tidy work. Having not heard of TSG I was very impressed with the communication, knowledge and work done. Thank you

Excellent service! The engineer arrived in the given slot. Performed all tests and installed receiver swiftly. Cleaned and tidied the area once installed. Really nice guy; explained everything without confusing technical jargon. Would highly recommend!

The Engineer was excellent, very efficient and very helpful, he arrived within the alloted timescale and took great care to be clean and tidy through our house. Left the system working completely.

Good communication from the start. Well informed and accurate times of work.Brent the engineer was really helpful and clear in his explanation of how the antenna would improve our wifi connection and discussed the possible positions of the antenna with us fully before installation. Excellent service
Malcolm re-installed a 4G antenna that had been badly fitted by the first engineer the 4G provider had sent and did a fantastic job. He was utterly determined to achieve the best result possible. I am now enjoying speeds of more than 10 times faster than my old broadband and the antenna has been tucked away in a loft space so it is not visible as it had originally been. Highly recommended!
