Chris Thornton was great. When we had a problem with TV. He explained the issue, answered all our questions and advised of a great offer to change the aerial and cabling.
Alex Burling called and made an appointed to change everything on the same day!

Chris Thornton went out of his way to connect my Canon printer to the Wi-Fi. He checked the router was working properly and showed a lot of patience. What a lovely man, very polite and respectful of property. Well done Chris *****

The engineer Brent who came and fitted my aerial today was excellent. Saw the mess of cables installed by previous owner and did a great job problem solving and setting up with the new aerial, replacing what had been sat in the loft with out use for 10 years. Thoroughly recommend.

Your fitter Brent came kept me well informed and was fantastic at his job I would recommend him to anyone I met
Created a quick and simple solution to a problem of the previous installation being out of date so install the new aerial and we now have TVs in all rooms fabulous

Brent called before arrival and was very polite and helpful.
He was very tidy and cleaned up, making sure that we had the correct signal and the channels had been restored. Very happy with the service and would recommend him without hesitation.

Was kept well informed about arrival time and the job was done to a very high standard, Brent was polite and knowledgeable and left leaving no mess or rubbish, I would highly recommend him

Problem not solve and this company I was directed to via BT but they are trying to charge me for work that hasn’t solved the problem and at more than double the cost.

After 3 months of very bad Wi-Fi and 8 engineer visits I was giving up. Then Chris Thornton arrived and went through the whole system and got the problem sorted for me, he was very courteous, polite and did a first class job.

I have so many good things to say about Chris Thornton, but I will try to keep it short.
Chris contacted me on 12/04/23 to let me know he would be arriving between 12.00-14.00.
Chris arrived on time to fit an Antenna to my EE mini hub, with which I have had a lot of problems with since starting my contract in August 2022. After many phone calls to EE for having poor or no WI-FI/Internet, they now have advised me to have an Antenna fitted.
EE contacted TSG and arranged for their engineer to visit me.
When Chris arrived he covered his shoes before entering and introduced himself.
He was very friendly and polite.
He asked to see the hub, when I showed it to him he said it was the wrong hub, there was no connection to fit the antenna.
I was devastated.
Chris asked me to phone EE to let them know he wouldn’t be able to fit the antenna.
Chris stayed with me, helping me to answer questions I didn’t understand.
He even spoke up for me when EE said my only option was to cancel my contract with them.
Chris told them, all they need to do is to send me a Smart 5G Hub which has the fitting for attaching the antenna and make another appointment with TSG to fit it.
EE agreed and I received the hub this morning 13/04/23 @ 10.33.
I believe I wouldn’t have been offered this hub if Chris hadn’t insisted.
Chris also took time to check whether the Antenna would work for my situation, he said it would, I was so pleased.
As far as I am concerned Chris went above and beyond his duties of being an engineer.
He stayed with me on the phone to EE for 1hour and 15minutes to sort this out for me, and I will be forever grateful.
He was very understanding of my situation with EE.
I am so impressed with Chris, you do not get this type of service nowadays.
Many months of myself speaking to EE and not solving anything, Chris solved the problem for me within 1hour and 15minutes.
I am now looking forward to having the Antenna fitted.
I highly recommend Chris Thornton and TSG Ltd.

Struggled for years with poor rural internet speeds - decided on a 4G router, needed an aerial fitted which Brent Hood (BT / EE engineer) fitted today. Gone from 14Mbps to 52 download and 9Mbps to 39 - happy days!
Cannot fault the engineer for providing a professional service - he called the night before to agree an installation time. The installation process was excellent. Very pleased with the quality service provided today. Thank you.

Total Support Group sent Malcolm along this morning and was fantastic!. He was exactly on the ETA he gave, spent time explaining every step he took to get us the best signal possible, cleared all the old wiring and was very neat and tidy.

Ryan was fantastic constant communication about when to expect. My builders had bodged up tv wiring but Ryan sorted it. Outstanding service, note for BT please don’t be so anti aerial after Ryan’s work I now have a chance to enjoy full tv package even if internet is slow.

We have had no Wi-Fi for a while and BT came to repair but didn’t fix it, this company sent Chris Thornton and he fixed our Wi-Fi contacted BT and sorted everything out for us there too, very impressed
