I would like to say a big thank you to chriss Thornton for the top rate service he provided today polite and friendly fixed the 46 hour problem I had with bt and ee having been given the complete wrong information to go on .I don't often wright reviews but this was very necessary because of the way chriss approached and carried out the work to give us a great service so we'll done chriss

Absolutely brilliant service from…
Absolutely brilliant service from Craig.
After weeks of phoning EE and being told it’s the service in my area why I have no WiFi.. & struggling with trying to work not even being able to open an email.
Nick in the office went out of his way to send me someone to help.
Craig came out did a hard reset and configured everything perfectly. I wish I had him weeks ago when this started.
Great to find an engineer that knows their stuff and so friendly and understanding.

Highly recommend this company
Yesterday one of their engineers (Ryan) arrived as promised, almost instantly found the problem why my TV was not working and set to put it right. In the loft, on the roof and worked tirelessly for almost 2 hours (in the not so good weather!) I hardly knew he was there, so conscientious he didn’t want to even stop for a coffee as he had to travel long distance to get to another customer.
I had been wanting this problem rectified for a couple of years…and to get my TV back to working full speed with all channels has made my Christmas.

Aerial repair
Paul sorted my aerial cable which had fallen off the aerial itself, having been installed 13 years ago. Job done efficiently and my installation was thoroughly checked on completion to my complete satisfaction.

Sebastian (Polish/Glaswegian) TSG aerial engineer
Sebastian (Polish/Glaswegian) called to install my aerial and was informed that the communal aerial has been located & connected to TV. He was friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. He set up my Netflix box, helped me to log in to BT account, talked me through TV set up AND advised me what to do regarding getting help from BT with other devices. He was courteous and polite. He spoke to me about the technology in a manner that I could understand (despite my age) without patronising me. What a lovely man. He could easily teach quality customer care.
