Second Starlink Install Attempt
Had an issue with the first engineer who came out to install our Starlink. He took a very brief scan at ground level and told us he wouldn’t install it, citing some trees.
I made a complaint and TSG arranged for another engineer to visit.
Kai was incredibly helpful and knowledgable about Starlink, he took the ladder to roof height to perform a scan, showed me the results and proceeded after I confirmed I was happy.
The dish is installed and despite the trees the previous engineer refused based on we are getting fantastic speeds and no disconnections.
Thank you Kai and TSG for sorting the situation out. I have increased the review to 4 stars

Thank you for upgrading your review please accept my sincere apologies that our fist engineer failed to deliver the high standards we aim to deliver on every Installation. Superb service from Kai
Kai arrived on time and carried out a quality Starlink installation.
He checked I was happy with everything before, during and after installation.
He explained everything clearly and was able to install in my preferred location.
He took great care of the property and wore shoe covers when inside, conscious not to make any mess.
You would not know he had been to the house other than a superbly installed starlink internet service.
Well done Kai, thank you very much.

TSG Starlink install
Got a call from TSG saying they'd had a cancellation and could install or Starlink within the next hour.
Agreed and within minutes was contacted by Craig who confirmed his ETA.
A first class install which had its first real test during Storm Goretti.
Cabling passed inspection by my other half. Very tidy.
Every communication with TSG had been first rate.
Brilliant customer service.

hmmmm..
hmmmm... tsg arrived and fitted an 'antenna' to 'best' side of the house. What type it was I have no idea but it clearly was not fit for purpose. Signal kept dropping out and I had to keep rebooting the router. EE didn't want to know so I was left in limbo and decided to do the job myself. Omnidirectional Poynting antenna and 5g router and £350 later I can finally get decent wifi. Two huge companies, tsg and ee and yet neither have a blind assed clue how to achieve a good signal. Would give no stars if I could. Update No thanks don't want you back in my house

EE messed up with antenna installation and these people have to bail them out.
They kept me informed about when they would arrive, sent me a text the evening before with a 2 hour window, and arrived bang on time.

Excellent Service from Warren and John
Warren and John came round to help my elderly mum with her TV aerial prior to a BT installation. The picture from her TV was very fragmented and Warren and John came in and worked out where the problem was fixed it and extended the cable to ensure it was out of the way and hidden. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were lovely, friendly and very professional. Could not recommend them enough.

Aerial problem solved!
We were visited by Stephen Murphy on Wednesday 03 April 2024 in response to a problem with our aerial/TV signal.
He was prompt, friendly, very professional and efficient and explained what he was doing and why. He solved our problem, we were extremely happy with his work and would highly recommend him.
