Top class service. We made a late call on a Friday for support & call returned by TSG that day which I'd not expected. Great service by Brent who walked into a stressed Mam dealing with a non related issue. Sorted the job quickly & efficiently. Polite & tidy worker who got our freeview running. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. A credit to his employer.

I was very impressed with Malcolm, he spent the time to understand why our internet wasn't working properly and tried multiple antenna locations around the property in order to get the best signal possible. We now have better internet than ever so we are very grateful! He was very friendly and polite (and good with our dog who is always desperate to say hello).

EE instructed TSG to fit a 5G antenna for me at my request. TSG came out and fitted the antenna at my property as scheduled. The signal seemed fine but not long after TSG left the signal fluctuated. I called EE and TSG came out again and managed to find the sweet spot for the antenna. I am now getting 300 mbs through 5G.

The engineer was very friendly and went out of his way to ensure I got the signal and speeds I wanted.

Great company and would happily use again.

Ariel engineer visited our house today to rectify the TV signal causing the TV to keep pixelating . Brent explained a step by step account of what he was doing, had TV up and running very quickly. he was polite and well mannered engineer. A credit to himself and the company he work for. Well done.

Malcolm came fix a TV arial which was not working. The issues were a little complicated. He worked through these methodically and kept us well informed about the options he selected to fix the problem - which was fixed successfully.

Malcolm came to connect our aerial for BT. He was experienced and knowledgeable and took time to explain the work he was doing. He was very friendly and also offered advice. Definitely recommend and will be keeping his card for any future installations!

We had a problem accessing all freeview channels. Malcolm identified a couple of problems with the aerial straight away and fixed the issue to leave us with a full strength signal and all freeview channels. We would strongly recommend his service. Professional and friendly.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company if our technition who came to support us with an ariel replacement on 16.06.2022 is anything to go by! He went above and beyond and no question was too silly! He was incredibly reassuring and presented his expert knowledge with ease and to the detail that I needed.
