This should be shown before you order any products and can cause problems when we need them in a hurry
Other companies in the same industry can tell you what they have got and how many are available
This was my first purchase with these people and even though the price was super and you will not get it anywhere else for the price the customer service team should be making sure that they are available before they advertise it
Otherwise the delivery 🚚 was next working day and everything else was easy enough

Pricing not too bad but small order surcharge can spoil it, makes it worth checking on Amazon or other sites if product available, can make it cheaper. Delivery very good but packing is a bit OTT - massive carton 4 sizes too big, loads of shredded corrugated. Needs some logistics thought and application.

Excellent customer service. Allowed me to add another item to my order several hours after I had placed it, thus saving on postage. Items arrived early the next day. The tool itself (Batavia Maxxpack Nexxsaw 18v One Hand Chainsaw ) is excellent value for money and perfect for the job I needed it for.

Toolchip were great 5 stars dpd no so great ecause i had an out of uk phone i got no text notification alerts re delivery , they are hopless in rep of ireland and in the uk you need to have their app, i didnt download it for one uk delivery ....
