I placed my order on May 27, 2026. The delivery date was pushed back several times, but after two weeks of waiting, I still haven't received anything, despite being promised delivery any day now. After such a long delay, I cancelled the order and was promised a refund within 3-5 business days. As you can imagine, that didn't happen, and now the story is repeating itself, with me being told the refund will take another 3-5 business days. This is terrible, and I don't recommend using this company unless you want to waste your time and money.

I ordered the wrong drill and popped in to change it and get the right one ordered, I dealt with 3 members of staff for various things and they were so polite and helpful highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again, top company👍🏻

I purchased the Tacwise nail staple
I purchased the Tacwise nail stapler it seemed an excellent price it arrived in good time and is of good quality, be aware that the prices are all ex vat the shipping and delivery charge of £5.85+vat and by the time all is added together what seem a bargain was just a couple of quid short of another online retailer who delivers next day.
