"Earn" winnings frozen for no reason

I deposited 200 USDT into this platform to use in an "Earn" event for new users. Once the event ended, when I tried to withdraw the amount plus my earnings (the earnings were a paltry 4 USDT and a fraction), they restricted my account and withdrawals due to "unusual trading activity." I literally didn't even open a single trade on the platform, and I was unable to withdraw my money. When I contacted support and explained the situation, they only allowed me to withdraw the initial 200 USDT deposit, not the earnings from the "Earn" event, supposedly because they were earned "without complying with the usage policies." They offered no evidence or plausible justification whatsoever to explain the restriction.

After reading the reports on this page, it's very clear that this is a widespread practice by this exchange towards its users. I strongly recommend not using this exchange. In my case, the issue involves a minuscule sum of money (which makes it even more unpleasant), but the pattern of behavior suggests that, generally, they do this to limit or outright eliminate any profits their users might make.

When this happened, I even completed the KYC procedure and requested a review of the situation, since it's impossible to violate trading policies if I haven't opened a single trade. To this day, I still haven't received any response, and those measly 4 USDT remain frozen.

Great platform

Great platform, easy to use interface. I wish they had more events like my favorite platform Phemex... but Toobit is up there if you want to trade crypto.

Refuse to provide proof for wash trading accusations

Their reply is basically a wall of buzzwords: “batch registrations”, “abnormal arbitrage”, “identical patterns”. Notice something interesting. They still didn’t provide a single specific trade or account. Just algorithm smoke.

Customer service is probably just AI replying.

Hi there. Thank you again for your feedback. We understand that 'batch registrations' and 'identical patterns' can sound like jargon. These labels refer to specific behaviors that trigger our security protocols to protect the integrity of our marketplace.

To prevent bad actors from circumventing our safeguards, we are limited in how much 'under-the-hood' algorithmic data we can share publicly.
