UPDATE: The fact, that some bot here send out the same message" that you have been contacted" is COMPLEATE BS! The fact is that in every 3 days they send THE SAME EMAIL:
"We sincerely apologize for the continued delay and fully understand your frustration. We know that this matter has been pending for a long time, and it is understandably upsetting not to have received a clear update yet."
NO REAL HELP, NO REAL PROGRESS - JUST COPYPASTED BOT MESSAGES WITH NO REAL HELP OR SOLUTIONS!

Now customer service asks me to deposit 50% of my account to restore it!

I need to know the " STATUS OF MY ACCOUNT for last 1 week. Zero reply. My 52 lakhs is still not credited to my account even after having a score of 100 and opening of big wallet account?
History: For the last 3 months, I have been interacting and transacting with BITGET service manager through telegram. After 4-5 several credits he finally promised me on 9/7/26, to pay Rs2.5L to ensure my credit score reaches 100 since without score 100, big wallet cannot be opened and withdrawal cannot happen. I credited 2.5L the same day.
Service manager told me after this transaction, he will coordinate with finance team and get total of 52 Lakhs credited to my account. But since that moment, he has stopped giving any confirmation or interacting with me and not responding on telegram. I have all the records and screen shots to support my transactions.
Service manager is absconding and no reply since last 1 week. Ticket in Bot was raised but no reply for 3 days. This is complete fraud and unprofessional approach. Need immediate response and credit of 52L to my account.

I am absolutely appalled by Bitget's total lack of competence. On June 21, 2026, I deposited 503.1233 USDT (BSC BEP20 network, TxID: 0x3eda5b95242065f6b79db794ec4adf8f0221d255c3d87546cf8b65d14c331f). The exchange frozen my clean funds for a routine AML check.I instantly provided 100% comprehensive proof of the legitimate source of funds, including an unedited video recording of my wallet and my transaction history from Bybit. Instead of reviewing my files, Bitget's broken automated system simply CLOSED my original ticket (#3212874) and forgot about my money for 2 weeks!Today, on July 4, I spent hours forcing my way through bots to a live agent in support chat. The agent admitted the mistake and manually opened a new ticket #3239945. And guess what? Just 10 minutes later, their automated system CLOSED THIS NEW TICKET AS WELL without any response, resolution, or crediting my balance!This is a complete joke and pure neglect. My clean funds have been held hostage for 14 days due to absolute chaos in your support department. I demand that your PR and Compliance managers look into this immediately. Check my video evidence and credit my 503.1233 USDT to my UID: 3151322371 right now!
UPDATE JULY 9, 2026:
It has been 4 days since a support agent named Artem promised me in writing that my new ticket #3239945 was under "active review" by the Compliance team. Today, I checked my account, and guess what? THEY CLOSED THIS TICKET AGAIN WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE OR RESOLUTION! My 503.1233 USDT has been held hostage for 18 DAYS NOW!Bitget is explicitly lying to its customers, ignoring rock-solid video evidence, and silently closing tickets in hopes that users will give up. This is a scam behavior. I demand an immediate intervention from upper management to credit my clean funds to UID: 3151322371 right now, or I will file an official fraud report to the financial regulators!

This service merely freezes your assets. All claims regarding earning income and bonuses are false. Once you deposit money into the service, it cannot be withdrawn. I tested the service with $100, and the result is clear: it is nothing but theft.

Empecé invirtiendo en una Empresa de inversiones FXPRO, una pequeña cantidad y luego invertí un poco más en total 1250€, pero tienes quedarte de alta en bitget para retirar los beneficios que son 19.000 dólares, pero cuando quieres retirar ahí empiezan a pedir
Una Licencia Tipo A para poder operar como inversionista internacional te piden 3480€, yo les comunique que no tenía esa cantidad y les propuse pagar 1725 que liberarán el 50 % de mis fondos y luego pagar los 1725 restantes
Se me olvidaba previamente a todo esto cuando solicite la retirada de fondos me pidieron 1330€ los cuales también pague. Ellos reciben los primeros 1725€ y me comunican que de 24 a 48 horas recibiría el 50% de mis fondos, empiezan con rollos de verificación pendiente y nada al final me piden que firme un contrato con AXA y otra cantidad de 2860€ aproximadamente.
Osea de lo pactado nada y esto desde el 25 de mayo email va email viene
Al final, di primero 1250€ inversión
Luego 1330 para retirada fondos y otros 1725 a cta de la licencia.
En fin he perdido4305€ y el último email no me han contestado. Si todo esto te lo comunican desde el principio tu decides si te metes o no. Mis pequeños
ahorros me los han estafado. Y la empresa XPPRO se lava las manos de ser un gestor muy atento y pendiente de tu inversión al final ha dado la callada por respuesta. Lo primero que dije estoy jubilada tengo una pensión pequeña y tengo 70 años. Vieron una presa fácil y caí como una tonta, con el cuidado que he tenido siempre y me enrede.
Espero que les sirva de algo y no se metan en ninguna de las dos Empresas.
Te quedas sin tu dinero y con un desgaste emocional que pasa factura.

No puedo decir exactamente lo que pienso de ellos por aqui. Pero son lo peor. Me dejaron entrar sin KYC y luego me piden KYC para retirar mis fondos, o sea se han quedado con mi dinero por la cara. Algo he aprendido, nunca JAMAS pienso usar un CEX otra vez, mira que oi la frase de que los tokens en CEX no son tuyos, pues tal cual, lo aprendi por las malas. Cambian las reglas como les sale de las narices.

I competed in Bitget's official ROI trading competition (April 14 – May 15, 2026) and finished 3rd with 53.94% ROI, as confirmed directly on Bitget's own public leaderboard.
According to their official rules, 3rd place earns a reward of 200 USDT, with payment due within 10 business days of the event ending (~May 29, 2026). As of today, June 22, 2026, I still have not received payment.
Since May 25, 2026, I have submitted 4 separate support tickets (#3145729, #3173615, #3186009, #3201757), with the latest containing over 24 message exchanges. I also contacted support via X/social media chat and submitted a formal email and a separate ticket in Portuguese. Despite providing full documentation — my ranking screenshot, the official prize table, and the relevant rules — I have repeatedly been told I'm "not on the rewards list," with zero explanation of which requirement I supposedly failed.
I did not engage in any prohibited activity (no bots, no multiple accounts, no manipulation). I competed honestly and have proof for every claim I'm making here.
This isn't a one-off delay — it's a consistent pattern of vague denials and stalling, despite repeated, well-documented requests across every available channel.

Однако 30.04.2026 в 20:32:09 одна из транзакций с MEXC на Bitget с TxID e4c92f701f38927a091e568f2d2340f30a612894 на сумму 9030,67 STEEM была заморожена и средства на мой счёт в Bitget не поступили. Я обратилась в поддержку Bitget через приложение и Telegram, где мне сообщили, что для безопасности нужно повторить перевод на точно такую же сумму на тот же адрес. По их рекомендации я продолжила переводы, и 08.05.2026 сделала ещё две транзакции: первую с TxID

С 30.04.2026 по настоящее время ситуация не меняется, я не получила ни средств, ни понятного объяснения, где они находятся и по какой причине не зачислены.
Прошу в кратчайшие сроки вернуть мне все мои средства в размере 18 291,9 STEEM и чётко отразить их либо на моём счёте в Bitget, либо вернуть на исходный кошелёк МЕХС. Готова при необходимости предоставить скриншоты и дополнительную информацию по всем указанным транзакциям.

me bloquearon la cuenta de la nocha a la mañana, no me dijeron porque, solo y que han detectado actividad en su cuenta que incumple sus Términos de servicio, lo unico que hacia era depositar de binance y realizar pago a wallets de manera interna para evitar comision, y aun asi me bloquearon. una vaina estupida, y en todo lo que iba de año habia pagado como 6 veces nada mas. que basura de plataforma. no la usen, no te dan explicaciones de nada. te la cierran porque son arrechos y ya.

Bitget has frozen $8,500 of my funds for over 4 days with no explanation. No reason given, no documents requested. Support only repeats that "a security review is mandated by international regulatory requirements" with no specifics, no timeline they will commit to in writing, and no real answers.
I make thousands of transactions per month and pay $100-300 in trading fees every single month. My original ticket #3197984 was auto-closed by their system due to inactivity, not because the issue was resolved, while my money is still locked. I had to open a new ticket, #3207452, just to keep the conversation going.
If you are considering Bitget, know that unexplained freezes are one of the most common complaints about this exchange, and resolution can drag on indefinitely with vague "compliance" language instead of real communication.

It is very buggy. I don't feel safe with my funds on this platform. MANY functions just suddenly stop working and you have nothing to do about it until it suddenly starts working again. For example I couldn't type "." into the price of the coin when I wanted to sell. Lol. Crazy app the people that made this are crazy!

I deposited 10,000 USDT of my own funds into a fully verified Bitget TradFi MT5 trading account.
I traded XAUUSD (Gold) using my own capital. Following successful trading activity, my account balance increased significantly and at one stage reached approximately 38,000 USDT.
Subsequently, Bitget alleged that certain XAUUSD transactions dated May 8, 2026 constituted “suspicious and/or high-risk trading activity” and imposed restrictions on my MT5 account.
Bitget instructed me to close all open positions before the review process could continue. I fully complied with this instruction.
After complying with Bitget’s instructions and while my account remained restricted, my account balance declined significantly and was reduced to approximately 15,484 USDT.
Bitget then informed me that:
• An initial rollback of 18,423.50 USDT would be applied.
• This amount was later changed to 11,935.80 USDT.
• My MT5 account would be permanently restricted.
• Any remaining balance would only become withdrawable after I agreed to the rollback.
Key Concerns
Despite multiple requests, Bitget has not provided:
• The specific trades allegedly violating its Terms of Use.
• Detailed evidence supporting the allegations.
• A transaction-by-transaction analysis.
• A detailed explanation for changing the rollback amount from 18,423.50 USDT to 11,935.80 USDT.
Most importantly, the proposed deduction affects not only disputed profits but also my original deposited capital.
I expressly informed Bitget that I was willing to relinquish any claim to disputed profits and requested only the return of my original deposited capital of 10,000 USDT.
This request was refused.
Requested Regulatory Review
I respectfully request that the Financial Services Commission review:
1. Whether sufficient evidence exists to justify the allegations.
2. Whether the rollback calculation was properly determined and transparently communicated.
3. Whether a regulated entity may withhold or deduct funds affecting a client’s original deposited capital under these circumstances.
4. Whether Bitget’s handling of this matter complies with principles of fairness, transparency, and client protection.
Requested Outcome
I respectfully seek assistance in recovering my original deposited capital of 10,000 USDT, together with any remaining funds lawfully belonging to me.
