First you walk into a very clean waiting room where the receptionists are happy and smiley, ready to help. Then Ash and his nurse are so good at helping you feel relaxed and comfortable. The dentistry is absolute perfection. Thankyou so much.

A pleasant appointment at Earlham Road. I was seen quickly which is nice as often I have to wait. The checkup wasn't rushed and things were explained clearly. Staff were friendly and gentle. Because appointments have felt very rushed in the past I didn't feel I could ask some of the questions I would have liked.

Explained everything that she was going to do, and considered my comfort throughout as I have Asthma. I felt really comfortable without any pain at all. Well done.

The service is fine but £62 for a 3 minute inspection is ridiculously expensive. That's £1,240 p/hr... I know we have to take into account cleaning and expertise and study etc. but its still massive profiteering and unaffordable to many

Called my Clacton dentist early morning after I managed to crack the outer edge of a tooth the night before. They managed to get me an emergency apt within the hour.
When I attended I checked in online on the tablets on the wall and also spoke with the friendly receptionist (as I needed to complete the NHS form on their ipad) and to take payment.
I was seen within 5 mins of my apt time and the dental team were efficient, friendly and sorted out my tooth in no more than 15mins along with an xray!
Amazing service and all for the price of £27.90! NHS Band 1 dental charge.
No pain, helpful advice and caring team. Perfect!

Then an implant check with Felipe who is such a skilled, thoughtful and complete professional. All the way through my treatment it has been pain free and done with such understanding of my nerves!

I had a tooth become very loose and painful, so I contacted my local Downham Market practice for an emergency appointment. I was asked to explain my symptoms and pain level and was told this would be triaged and I would be called back in an hour if an appointment was available that day. I received a call to say I was not successful and that I should call next Monday (this was a Thursday) as there were no dentists on duty on the Friday. I waited until Monday in considerable pain, and called as instructed to be told again that no dentist was on duty that day. I called again on Tuesday, secured an appointment with my regular dentist, who was superb and carried out an extraction.

My score would be 5 stars for the treatment received, but 1 star for the fact that for 2 consecutive working days plus a weekend, no dentist whatsoever was on duty. How is this an acceptable standard of care in a large practice with multiple dentists practicing there?
