Brilliant as always!

everything about her work looked profesional

Seen by a very nice young lady Lucy and a gentleman assistant
All went well apart from a bit of a problem with the water flow from the equipment but both handled things very well
Overall great experience thank you both

The service is fine but £62 for a 3 minute inspection is ridiculously expensive. That's £1,240 p/hr... I know we have to take into account cleaning and expertise and study etc. but its still massive profiteering and unaffordable to many

Called my Clacton dentist early morning after I managed to crack the outer edge of a tooth the night before. They managed to get me an emergency apt within the hour.
When I attended I checked in online on the tablets on the wall and also spoke with the friendly receptionist (as I needed to complete the NHS form on their ipad) and to take payment.
I was seen within 5 mins of my apt time and the dental team were efficient, friendly and sorted out my tooth in no more than 15mins along with an xray!
Amazing service and all for the price of £27.90! NHS Band 1 dental charge.
No pain, helpful advice and caring team. Perfect!

Hygienist visit excellent- always lots of good advice and taking it at your pace.
Then an implant check with Felipe who is such a skilled, thoughtful and complete professional. All the way through my treatment it has been pain free and done with such understanding of my nerves!

I had a tooth become very loose and painful, so I contacted my local Downham Market practice for an emergency appointment. I was asked to explain my symptoms and pain level and was told this would be triaged and I would be called back in an hour if an appointment was available that day. I received a call to say I was not successful and that I should call next Monday (this was a Thursday) as there were no dentists on duty on the Friday. I waited until Monday in considerable pain, and called as instructed to be told again that no dentist was on duty that day. I called again on Tuesday, secured an appointment with my regular dentist, who was superb and carried out an extraction.

My score would be 5 stars for the treatment received, but 1 star for the fact that for 2 consecutive working days plus a weekend, no dentist whatsoever was on duty. How is this an acceptable standard of care in a large practice with multiple dentists practicing there?

Very cheerful happy approach made to feel at ease and confident in what they were doing very professionals at all times

Helpful and efficient service from receptionist.
Dentist was friendly and attentive to my needs, and as always was thorough and professional.

Excellent dental hygienist (Kelsey). Highly recommended.

The dentist is not my favourite place to go but Ash always makes me feel at ease.

A near painless experience provided by a very professional, but caring hygienist.

Yet again another great experience. Puneet Kamal made me feel relaxed and well looked after. Thank you 😊

During a check up I reported an aching tooth and got an appointment the next day when the tooth was rapidly extracted very quickly and efficiently. Amy the dentist is always cheerful and chatty and the counter staff always helpful and pleasant.

I was very lucky to get such a prompt appointment as I am not registered and the walk up took longer than the appointment itself. I am especially indebted to the dental nurse, Velasquez, who was very professional and also, maybe due to the brevity of the visit only charged for band 1 treatment after removing a loose tooth!

I came to see Sarah yesterday I’ve been unwell for the last two years and my retainer had broke that was attached to my teeth ,I kept putting it off due to how I felt but I’m so happy that I went Sarah is great at what she does she fitted a new retainer and it honestly made me feel so much better and I keep looking at my teeth I’m very happy she is the best everyone I’ve spoken to that works there is lovely and understanding Thankyou 🙏🏽 xx

Everything went well as far as dental check up is concerned…I often cycle to the practice..Originally I used to park by the entrance leaning handrails. Almost 18 months ago I was asked to park it I the small front garden..Now it is enclosed and I had to lock up and left it leaning the front brick wall..I think it is not very safe to leave it there even if it is locked …

Mr Patel is the epitome of professionalism and I have every confidence in his abilities whenever I visit. Pleasant and reassuring manner. I know I am in good hands.

Great service from together dental in Braintree, I have been using this dentist for 27years now, they have a good dental plan which helps me budget the hygienist appointments so it doesn’t feel as bad. I see mr Parker for general dental appointments, always friendly and explains everything clearly.
