Absolutely terrible i bought wireless headphones but doesnt charge so i got an exchange same problem do not buy there headphones not even worth £1

We had a visit the other day to Trinity Street Bolton branch and came across a problem then a gentlemen named Riaz from the loss prevention team came and went out of his way above and beyond to help us that day, and we just like to mention that he is very special in every way, thank you yours sincerely Mr and Mrs Beames

I had an issue with a faulty item, and though I didn't have the receipt I wanted to report it in case a recall was needed. I was helped by Carina, who was extremely efficient and polite, and even though I hadn't requested a refund she was able to find the transaction with a bit of information from me on the date and time of purchase and she made sure I got a refund for the faulty product! I am very impressed with the customer service, and can recommend them to anyone if an issue arises with a purchase. 10/10

I spoke to Rebecca who went beyond the call of duty. She was very helpful and empathetic. She contacted ParcelForce on my behalf and made a complaint due to their poor service. She then emailed me to update me on what happening. I really appreciate her kindness. TK maxx you did well. People like Rebecca make all the difference! She deserves a pay rise.

Was served by sia who was proffecional, friendly, excellent customer service she packed my items very proffecional and carefully in the bags and she greeted everyone with warm and welcoming smile

Isabelle in customer service was very helpful and agreed to refund my money on the smashed pot that was delivered.
I was upset that the pot was smashed as I was looking forward to planting my winter bulbs in it.

A woman named Dianne helped me and my friend when we were trying on clothes she was so lovely and a joy to talked to! As well as a good spirit really lovely conversation and even helped us at the end with a treasure card honestly nice most attractive person there I think! This was the store in Nuneaton!

Tk Maxx, customer services were lovely. They sorted my issue the same day, without and stress. What a lovely bunch.

I bought a Brookstone MagSafe wireless charger, but it stopped working within six months. It should still be under warranty, but the brand's customer service isn't responding. My advice when shopping at TK Maxx, don't trust unknown brands, and don't buy unfamiliar products just because TK Maxx says they were 'specially selected' by them."

Bought a cap 3 months ago and within one month it lost it colour and looked horrible. I took it back to the oldham store and manager was not interested at all to give me replacement or refund. Clearly this item should last reasonable amount of time and three months is not long at all. Tk maxx designer cap did not last 3 months. Do not buy from here as over inflated prices and low quality seems to be common thing at tk maxx these days.

Very quick response to my queries, helpful emails and useful and quick action.

I ordered twice for click and collect, but both times I had to call to see where my order is. For my surprise, both times the order has been cancelled without informing me. What I waste of time. Ordered for birthday present and I couldn’t get the item. The person on the phone offered me £10 gift voucher. What is this.
I used to like TK Maxx I need to rethink if I ever gonna order or buy in general something from them.

Great experience at the Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells stores. Really friendly staff who were incredibly helpful. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time and it makes such a big difference to the experience.
