I recently made an order on tkmaxx.com and unfortunately some items arrived with cosmetic marks. I reached out to customer service and was assisted by Maria.

She was extremely professional, quick to respond, and resolved the issue fairly by arranging a partial refund without any fuss. The outcome was clear and hassle-free. Brilliant customer support from Maria — thank you so much!

I bought a jacket on 31 August with next-day delivery; I was expecting it on Wednesday, as Monday (the date of the order) was a bank holiday. I received a message saying that the delivery would be on Thursday, but I’m going away on that day. I sent an email to customer services explaining the situation; TK Maxx’s reply surprised me. Maria M. wrote back saying that everything was fine, as it is stated in the delivery terms and conditions. Logic has died at TK Maxx.

Excellent customer service from Daniel.I really needed this parcel for my daughter for her holiday tomorrow and the store said it wasn’t in.Daniel asked me to leave it with him and a few minutes later I got the text to say it was in fact in store

Always enjoy browsing and shopping with TK Maxx online. Deliveries are always swift. I have had to contact customer service about my latest order but this was resolved via email quickly and efficiently to my complete satisfaction giving me the confidence to continue as a TK Maxx customer. All my family love TK <3

Excellent customer service in relation damaged item.

Had a enquiry about an order I placed on bank holiday as the payment had been returned, was explained by the lovely customer service adviser Lauren about the process when dealing with PayPal pay in 3. Was really helpful and kind and picked up the phone in under 3 minutes.

Penalised for shopping! Spent a while here, only to get a £90 parking charge. This car park was always free. The new restrictions have zero clear visual boundaries and poor signage. To make it worse, after a call to the store the assistant manager unfortunately couldn't help me. I find it unacceptable to be penalised for my custom. Apparently more customers have been caught out by this charge. I've supported TX Maxx for years and very disappointed this has happened. I even shopped in the Selly Oak branch on the same day. Been in touch with customer service and had a response, they can't help out either. So I will be boycotting this store, along with my family & friends and closing my account.

Update: Megan, I have already spoken to TX Maxx by email, wasn't helpful.

Customer service responded quickly, however there was no other option for my parcel issue to be resolved. TK Maxx website should have some option to select delivery address on check out and not just by default. My parcel delivery address was incorrect due to the website having a default address and it doesn’t give you any other option. Once you’ve checked out your items, there’s no option at all for your purchase to be amended like other online retailers. I may never get my £80 back and my items because its out of their control once your items have been checked out. I am not happy at all and I don’t usually give bad reviews, but this time I feel like they could have done more to resolve my issue but they didn’t and basically what they’ve told me “wait for your tracking number and re-route your parcel to the nearest pick up point, or collect your parcel from the address its delivered.” Its 200 miles away and I don’t even know who lives in that address anymore.

I had a problem with one of the items in my delivery, lady at customer service Anna dealt with it with minimum fuss and got issue resolved satisfactory.

Standard template response which does not relate to some of the points already provided. Such as, this fault is occurring 4-5 weeks after purchase, l wont have kept the proof of purchase this long. The product is not weather proof, the colour is running and l sent pictures of proof, how would your customer service in store be able to confirm this when l attend with the product?

The five stars are for the response to my query - 'why had I received a refund when I had not received the items.'
I was offered a full explanation and compensation. I feel I can confidently order from you again.
I think the problem was between dispatch and delivery service. This might need to be reviewed.

Good and friendly communication - although my orders were not received via email, I was able to find them after logging into my account.

I went in to make an exchange and Paula was very helpful at the till. She was very kind in helping me find the jacket i had bought earlier that day in a different size. I realky want to revignise the associate Paula at the tottenham hale tkmaxx. Exceptional work

Polite and very friendly

Manager Jo must be fairly new decides to mark down something faulty father than simply taking a sensible 10percent off they review the pieces, divide it by the original price and reduce by pence. Don't waste my time guys you make enough. Unfortunately Basildon TKMaxx needs a manager that understands business and helps reducing queue times, rather than holding everyone up. I would only recommend this TKMaxx when it is better managed, at present avoid.

An email at weekend was very welcome to reassure me the rest of order will come separately and not to be concerned about items missing in first delivery. Sets my mind at rest.
