Everyone at TJ Car Sales were so lovely and welcoming! This is my first car and the first car I've bought on my own. They were all really understanding of what car I needed, and didn't push me to try any cars that were unsuitable just to try and make a sale - the whole conversation was led by me which was really nice and incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially anyone looking to buy their first car!

We bought a 15 plate car from Simon & Tom at T J Car Sales. They were extremely friendly and honest with their selling of the car. They gave us what we expected as part exchange and were happy for us to take a test drive. The car has a very small issue, which is being sorted within a week (we live 100 miles away and it is the earliest we can get the car back to them) We will definitely look to return when we need another car.

After finding a car I liked via Autotrader I got in touch with the company and couldn't have had a better experience. This was my first car purchase after 17 years and never having bought a car on my own I was a little apprehensive about it. However, I needn't have worried, Tim was professional, helpful, courteous and made me feel at ease during the entire process from my initial phone call through viewing the car and finally the paperwork. And, even though I financed my purchase through my bank, the finance deal on offer was extremely competitive. A great find! Thanks guys!

We called T J Car Sales to enquire about a car they were advertising and spoke to Tim who was extremely helpful and friendly and offered to have it ready and waiting for us should we wish to see it. We travelled 40 miles to look at the car and we were really impressed with the presentation of the forecourt and the way the car was prepared. Tim spent time with us going through the car and made sure we were happy with it. Great service with no pressure to buy.

Our first visit to T J Car Sales today. We spoke to Tim over the phone who was extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions we had. We arranged to call within an hour and the car was waiting there ready for us to view all lovely and freshly cleaned. We went ahead and the car will be ready to pick up in the next 2-3 days. Excellent customer service and such a friendly atmosphere with covid restrictions in place. Highly recommend.
