Shocking service from sales team was in there for over 20 minutes no one came.over asked a few questions one line answers I was looking for another mobility car as mine up this year you had members of staff sitting around one your woman sitting blowing her nose coughing she shouldn't have been there passing her germs to others I have a really bad lung condition no immune system can pick up the slightest of things rate your team 0 customer service 0 went to Toyota and Renault went in offered a hot drink talk me through the car couldn't do enough there were others in you mg swansea branch that didn't get shown around and walked out too

Don't you hate it when you buy a new car and get half a tank of petrol, rushed handover, no explanation of key features?

Well Nathaniels is the opposite. I just took delivery of a new MG IM6 Launch Edition, super friendly people, as fast or slow a process as I wanted - useful tips for some popular functions and a fully charged EV.

Nice follow ups and checks on how I was getting on and other helpful suggestions and a rewards card / app coming in May that is packed with help and actual rewards like free coffees, sports tickets.

I'd highly recommend buying a car from them - they can find something that meets your needs and is very affordable.

Their staff and customer service is first class - can't fault it.

The car was very well presented and all staff polite.

A good selection of cars and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A comfortable and clean waiting area.

Whilst busy and delays inevitable the team were very helpful, answers all of my queries, made the process as simple as it could be and had my new purchase ready when they said they would. Really appreciated the site manger popping in personally to apologise for any waiting time. A very personal gesture that demonstrates how customer focussed they are. Thank you.

Good service by Rowan and able to negitoate and come to an agreement with him. Despite the warrenty he was able to get his manager to get it signed. Loving the MG4 bought from Nathernal.

No hard sell which was great, but no real great service either. We wanted a car, they sold us what we wanted. Did have a free coffee and they preserved after having some technical issues with payment system, but nothing out of the ordinary. They did swap a 3pin cable for a car charging cable but had to collect it from another branch so decent service, not exceptional.
Update, left 2 messages for sales manager to contact me but no response. Have altered my review accordingly

Everything made smooth from test drive, choosing, ordering and handover.
