Amazing stay!! Friendly staff, amazing room with extra touches, lovely evening meal & fab breakfast. 5 star hotel. Would highly recommend

A nice looking hotel housed within an old mill so has a great aesthetic and industrial feel. Very large rooms, well furnished and definitely has the 4 star feel. The buffet style breakfast was lovely with good selection of food. The staff ranged from very helpful to very unhelpful, certainly not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. The main corridors are dimly lit which I presume is all part of the industrial feel but I shouldn’t have to use the torch on my phone to enter my hotel room. The hotel is a good 35 minute walk to the centre of Liverpool so I would recommend a taxi unless it’s a nice day. My biggest bugbear was the price of the parking. £8 is reasonable for a 24 parking period so that’s fine but what it doesn’t tell you on the hotels website or signage is that if you leave within that 24 hour period and come back it will cost you another £8, so £16 for 24 hours parking. For what you pay for a room at the Titanic Hotel I believe it should be free parking for residents, it certainly shouldn’t cost anymore than £8 a day!

Don’t leave your belongings in this hotel or you won’t see them again. How them managers Emily, Bethany, Sophie and Micheal are still in a job is beyond me. Rude is not the word.nothing but thieves

We all had a fabulous evening . We used the private dining experience which was absolutely perfect for my husbands 60th birthday. We had two 6 year olds and two baby’s with us . The set up of the long table for 18 of us and then a coffee table and easy chairs should u want to move away was ideal for feeding the baby and playing games which the family did.
So relaxed .We were there all night having fun . Our server Libby was very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble .
She was so helpful and friendly.
For a special occasion, well worth it

Amazing hotel. I cannot believe that this hotel has anything other than five star reviews. Literally the best hotel that I have stayed in.
The superior double rooms are absolutely huge and beautifully decorated - original exposed brickwork ceilings and tasteful decor. Really comfortable bed with soft mattress cover.
Absolutely no noise from other rooms during the night during my three night stay.
The staff cannot do enough for you and are so pleasant.
Food is lovely and the breakfast is incredible, with a huge selection to choose from, including omelettes made to order.
The only hotel that I will book for my future trips to Liverpool.

Stayed with family fro USA to visit ,sick father who had heart surgery,had a nice time ,till my daughter and her husband came to hotel to say goodbye to family,,s,they went down to foyer to wait for a taxi around 11 45 and raining ,A very aggressive security guard told them to get out They explained they were waiting for taxi ,He grabbed my daughter by the arms ain the tussle she ended up on the floor,this did not deter him he carried on throwing her outside,when her husband told him to leave her he threw him out too she foned me. crying ,I couldn't leave the room as looking after 2 young grand children ,my daughter and American hub y who were resdr t at hotel we t down to help he called police ,who were useless did nt even ask if she was hurt ,This loose cannon needs to be removed before he injure someone or worse ,Staff were useless too said he was ,doing his job ,I would never stay here again ,which is a shame as a nice hotel ,Watch out for this thug

Awful experience the hotel is lovely rooms are nice however, we stayed for a wedding recently my brother in law was assaulted by the bouncer on the hotel who would be more suited to a rave, having a bouncer on a classy hotel is absolutely crazy, his disgusting behaviour was totally out of order, even refusing two of our rooms entrance. You should really look at who you employ and what experience you wan to give guests. Have stayed a few times and will never stay again, so disappointed and totally ruined my stay.

This hotel is the best hotel in the UK for us. Beautiful finishes, good customer service. Top food.

We went for lunch as part of a wellness package. It was hugely disappointing. We ordered a burger and a chicken, potato and pancetta salad. The burger arrived after about 2 minutes and then we waited a further 10-15 mins for the salad to arrive. At the very least, meals should be served together. The staff were clearly embarrassed, apologetic, polite and friendly. When the salad finally arrived, it was plant based which I didn't expect from the description. I checked the menu and realised I hadn't noticed the tiny ve circle next to it. The meal was tiny with little to suggest the salad element. I would strongly suggest that rather than a tiny ve circle and some small print at the bottom of the menu, any description that involves meat should clearly state plant based and preferably clubbed together in a plant based section of the menu. I am only reviewing the lunch element of the wellness package with the stars for a great front of house team. The rest if the package was excellent.

Tip for management- don’t make the team wear those thick waistcoats, the poor girl was running around helping everyone in the strong sun

We love the Titanic Hotel!
The brilliant, innovative design incorporating the industrial history of the Rum Warehouse, the hotel has taken over, the amazing corridors, copying the dark aspect of the passageways in the Ship, but with SUCH luxury, the gorgeous rooms and suites. Just fantastic!
The bar and restaurant areas too are gloriously moody and luxurious.

The Staff are just wonderful. All SO friendly, all with a smile and incredible willingness to help in any way, to make all about your experience there just the best.

The restaurant food is just great - the homemade soups and humous , the fish dishes particularly great.

Concierge Jon( Joanthan) was a delight.
So very smiley, chatty and able to advise and direct on anything asked.

Mia in the restaurant too was brilliant.
A young girl doing an incredible job, a sweetheart too though, destined to go far!
Victor, far from home, South America, via Ireland, was just fabulous!
Totally engaging, always ready with perfectly observed service at table.
Lovely smiles, dispensing happiness to all with superb job skill.

Booked the best room available through booking.com hotel was lovely. All of reception and leading up to the room. The furniture in the room itself isn’t the best but the brick walls really do make it. But it’s a lovely place and location to city centre for what you pay. Taxi only cost me £6 each way to centre.

Room big and spacious, but two single beds put together was very disappointing. We also had to pay extra for everything! Parking £12, spa access £20pp, breakfast £18pp and even still bottled water cost £4.40. The spa receptionist was very unorganised and got all our spa treatment times incorrect. The spa was so full we didn’t have anywhere to sit or put our towels, the steam room was also broken.

Stayed Xmas Eve and Xmas night
firstly the good. room was massive plenty of room however beds are tiny in comparison .Bedside tables covered in dust though but otherwise could not fault
Now the bad. the restaurant food was shocking no taste and starters needed a magnifying glass to find the crab . was utterly tasteless did tell the boy serving he just said i will let the chef know.
Breakfast next day went in shown our table we hadnt even sat down and she had the card machine out asking us to pay ! never had this in a 4 star hotel but apparently its standard due to so many people eating there had to be 20 in there max !!
Next we get home my son had used the pool and sauna £20 to guests shud be included in rate like everywhere else but to make matters worse they have taken the payment twice !!
Rung earlier spoke to the breakfast manager cant comment on evening food thats another manager but saying thats the process in restaurant to pay upfront before you eat maybe they should ask when you enter and not once your standing at table with breakfast in hand . Spa staff didn't really want to know said we got to send proof its gone out twice. eventually spoke to the manager of the spa
I have probably stayed in most of hotels in Liverpool as a regular visitor to family but wouldnt advise staying here book Crown Plaza next time
nice rooms but thats about it you can get as good cheaper with better Customer Service in other hotels.
Do not eat in there find somewhere else that is up to the standard expected for the price charged .

We went on a spa experience. It cost £140 and was a present so we had vouchers which I scanned in and emailed to the spa when I booked. The spa is lovely and the treatments top notch. The spa was very accommodating as I had to change the original date planned. I emailed them and they said no problem and emailed me to confirm the change of date via email. We had a back massage and facial which were combined so they lasted 90 minutes which was lovely and myself and my daughter were very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The therapist Helen was really friendly and very good at her job. The afternoon tea was lovely and included sandwiches, scones and cakes with tea. Prosecco was an extra cost. It was very good value for money and would recommend. The only issue we had is that the spa don’t seem to communicate with the restaurant on any level. When I booked the date by emailing the spa, I emailed the vouchers through to them. I received a phone call from the restuarant 2 weeks before the rearranged date telling me that the booking was confirmed for the original date so I had to tell them to change it. I emailed the spa asking them to communicate with the restuarant as I wasn’t sure that they would change it. They responded by saying they would deal with it. When we got to the hotel the spa said our afternoon tea was booked for 12:30 but our treatments were at 13:00 and this wouldn’t work so they said they’d let the restaurant know. After our spa we went down to the restaurant at 15:00 and the restaurant manager said he needed to see the vouchers. I’d already emailed them when I booked but he said this wasn’t enough as I should have printed them out and brought them with me. I then had to scroll through my emails from months earlier in order to find them and show them to him and he took a photo of them on an iPad. It felt like we’d left the hotel and gone to a different company. What he should have done is contact the spa and ask them to send the vouchers through to him. It wasn’t rocket science. This is a deal which is called ‘All About You’ and includes the use of the spa, 2 x treatments and afternoon tea, so the spa and the restaurant should liaise with each other and I shouldn’t have to be proving anything once I’ve sent the vouchers through the first time. Also when I asked for the bill (we ordered 2 cocktails as an extra) the waitress came back and I’d been charged full price for the afternoon tea and had to point out we were on the All About You deal so again no communication. If they could just iron out these issues it would be a perfect afternoon. That being said I would recommend and go again. I’ll Just make sure I carry my vouchers around with me!

My go to hotel when I'm in Liverpool, staff are amazing any minor issues I've had have been quickly resolved. Their customer service is top tier! Always been spotless I've stopped here 5+ times always a pleasure 🙏

Room and bathroom both spacious and well appointed.
My second night tonight. Wash basins since checking in had little tap pressure and no hot water and plugs that did not work.
Plugs replaced however despite repeated requests and reassurances still waiting for hot water with pressure.
Restaurant food average and OVER PRICED.

Instead eat at The Quarter Faulkner Street amazing food, ambience and service.
