Do not fall for this company. They will not live up to your contract and will not return your money. They will not answer your phone calls or respond to your emails. It has been a year and a half and we have paid them nearly $4000 and nothing has transpired. Please beware and save your money. With what we have paid to them we could have paid our timeshare maintenance fees for 4 years. It has cost us financially but we have learned our lesson. I just don’t want the same thing to happen to you. Hopefully this company will suffer the same fate that it has dealt to its clients.

Zero stars. They string you along month after month. There is no money back guarantee. They don’t honor the signed agreement. They won’t pick up their phone, answer emails, and even refused my certified mail requesting a refund. I think they’re out of business or dissolving this one. The law firm they’re connected with, who made themselves sound like the good guys, won’t even reply to me now. Complete rip off.

It's like a child goes to confession, and the priest sees a wounded, vulnerable child then uses trickery to rape the child. We trusted TFG to work hard on our behalf to rid us of a crooked, fraudulent contract. Then TFG turns around and deceives us. On a big scale. We should be talking to our state attorney generals about this.

What a scam!! Count us in a civil suit as well!

Now I have suddenly started getting emails and videos from Molfetta Law...I hope they can be trusted. Until then should we focus on reporting TFG ( California) and also our timeshare companies to the attorney general office in the state where this is happening?

No stars. Been with them for two years. Sign me up for a civil action suit immediately.

TFG is a fraudulent business making promises and guarantees they know they wont perform. Have a ongoing case with them over 2.5 yrs paid them $14,400 only to find out they defrauded everyone "lust of money" a evil company. Heard the CEO was arrested and charged. Is anyone who's used them vying to start up a class law action suit against them? Get a petition going as many as we can.

Ripe off. $6500 paid and no results. 2 years and nothing but lies. I hope a class action law suit is filed. Credit ruin waiting on them for 2 years. Nothing but a scam.

Just found out We were ripped off by TSFG. What F-ing scum. If a class action against them, sign me up! Is there anybody we can trust in the MF world? Hopefully Molfetta Law follows through. $6500 down the drain, need to go after the timeshare group with a vengeance.

I was scammed I paid these group of crooks 7,000 for nothing they did not get me out of my timeshare like they promised or refunded my money like they guaranteed.

3 years plus. At some point our case was supposed to have been moved to Micheal Molfetta Law... We paid about 7k. To this day nothing has happened. Zero, Notta, Zilch. These motherFers need to be hunted down like the animals they are.

Count me in if we can find an attorney for a class action lawsuit or if you just want to grab some baseball bats.

Unbelievable how low some scum of the earth will go to commit fruad against the folks in need.

I am so angry with trusting that Timeshare Freedom Group would follow up with what they promised. This company preys on the weak. Not only are they a scam, but they are conducting themselves as a legitimate criminal business with criminal and cruel business practices. Taking thousands of hard earn money from consumers with no intent on helping anyone out of their timeshare. We all must take whatever action necessary to get our money back before this company completely goes ghost and dissappear for good. I sent an aggressive email to their customer support email address and quickly got a call back from a Debra who was not helpful and only disclosed that they were going through a transition with only 5 employees. She also claimed that their phones would be back up soon and that Molfetta Law Firm is lying. I called her a liar and a criminal. I'm so disgusted for falling and trusting this company. I suggest sending emails if you can't get a live person and try whatever means necessary to get your money back

I feel like we are All in the same situation. The only time they call is when they want payment. I have recently received an email from a “LEGAL ACTION” company called “MOLFETTA LAW”. Not sure is this Is a scam and all. How do I get an my money back from this ppl? I called them and it says the number is not setup to receive a call.

I started the process with timeshare freedom group on 2019. It been two years and not cancelations at all. I recently received an email from Molfetta Law office stating that my two years contract with TFG was going to be ending soon. I called him right away and he told me that he only have two options to help me to get out of it. 1 was to go for foreclosure that will stay in my credit report for seven years. Option 2 was to pay off what ever what left from my time. In other words I paid about 5000 dollars for nothing. Besides that I was paying my mortgage from my Timeshare during the whole process just because I didn't want to affect my credit report. Furthermore I can't get in contact with TFG at all, it look like the change the phone number. We need to get together and take further action about this scam matter.

I have been trying to make contact with Time Share Freedom Group for at least 3 weeks with no response.
TSFG has $1700.00 of my deposit and now will to my calls or emails not respond.
IT IS MY BELIEF THAT TSFG IS FRADULANT!!!

I wish i could give 0 Stars. This Company is a scam ! They charged me $5000 to exit my timeshare they guarantee they will exit in 2 years. Its been 3 years, i cannot get in touch with them. They have changed their contact info, i cannot dispute the charge because is already too late. I requested from them to give me my money back and they never responded back to me again. Long story short i got screwed from them. Dont Do it , Its A Scam

I just received an email from Molfetta Law stating that they are no way connected to Timeshare Freedom Group and only use a liaison for referral cases. The email also states that they have not received any money from Timeshare Freedom Group so my case file will not be worked on at all. Then they give 2 numbers, one of which the voicemail is for some business called “Vintage King Stereo” and the other number for the manager, Jeremy M just rings and then you’re told the mailbox isn’t excepting voicemail at this time. I’m trying to get my full refund, even though I’ve been paying them since March. I’ve already contacted my bank and cancelled my debit card so this company can’t take anymore money from me. Hopefully they come back online soon so we all can get this situated

Edit: I just got off the phone with Molfetta Law and they said that TFG has stopped paying the retainer fees for them so the law group stopped working on the cases. The lady I spoke with also mentioned how they even offered for them to go on a payment plan which TFG was not very receptive about. I will update accordingly if I find out anymore useful information.

I am in agreement. A lot of money upfront, no communication. Account managers change every month. Now the company is offline and not accepting calls! I will be interested in a seeing what a lawyer has to say!

I had an overall great experience during my involvement with TFG. They were a great help in relieving me of the headache that my timeshare ended up being. Throughout the entire process they provided clear communication and were ready to answer every question that I had for them.

Who wants to get A lawyer to get our money back?? We have the same story, paid a lot of money upfront over a year ago, get emails ignored or the person handling out case was reassigned or the covid excuse. Tired of it.
