They made big promises in the beginning to us on their speed, communication and success in getting us out of the timeshare but have NOT produced any results in over a year. I have had to initiate ALL contacts. They continue to blame the timeshare owners, or COVID, or being short handed etc

I trusted this company. I was so confident and felt relieved to hear they can help me get out of a timeshare that I did in 2017.
But it just has been an Terrible experience.
They guarantee cancellation and it’s just to steal your money. The law office in California that links with this company is a fraud as well. They switch you around to different assistants so they don’t have to deal with you. I regret dealing with this company spending $4,000 and still having to pay a stupid timeshare I did in 2017. These type of companies are never legit. My timeshare never got cancelled, I received a “downgrade” that’s not what was explained to me nor something I signed for. I can’t believe I still have to pay what’s left on the timeshare a total of $14,000 with this company included. I can’t believe this happened to me, thought I learned my lesson in 2017.

I have mixed reviews about this company. I started my journey with them to rid of my timeshare back in Dec '19. Now its a year and 4 months - all I keep getting is the same phone/email updates about how its in process with the lawyer and such. I just want to be free from this timeshare nightmare! If and when I do, I'll update my review.

I worked with Hiedi for the free consultation over the phone, she was very helpful and answered all of my legal questions very clearly and straightforward answers, she also seems to have a deep experience in her field of work and knows exactly what is she doing.

Setting up the appointment was very easy and the operator set me up for the next morning and Hiedi called me exactly on the time setup.

Their team was SO helpful to my husband and I to get us out of our hellish contract with our timeshare! The time and dedication they took with us to make sure we "crossed all our T's and dotted all of our I's" during this process gives us a great feeling on security knowing that it was done RIGHT and we have the FREEDOM of being out of our timeshare for good! We purchased a timeshare years ago and we had no idea what we had gotten into. After years of trying to get out of our timeshare with no help we heard about Timeshare freedom group. We had no idea there was a company that could help us get out of our timeshare. It took some time but eventually they got us out of our timeshare.

I've been trying to get out of my Marriot Vacation Club timeshare forever. They never had what we wanted available and the taxes every year were just a burden. I saw Timeshare Freedom Group on Facebook. I decided to contact them and see what they could do. Now I'm outta my timeshare and free to use that money to vacation anywhere.

We were contacted by Sellmytiemeshare.com with whom we were trying to sell our unit. They recommended that we use TFG to get us out of our contract. They also contributed our initial seller fee towards the TFG costs. From the first contact to completion of the relinquishment of our timeshare which was handled by Molfetta Law was only 7 months and was administratively a simple process for us. Contact about progress was frequent and at least monthly check-ins from Jade Reed to monitor any communications from out Timeshare Company. I am submitting this review only a few days after confirmation of our relinquishment , but forsee no future problems as all documentation we have been sent appears to be watertight. We are delighted with what initially seemed to be a relatively expensive and 'risky' venture.

we had a time share in mexico. there are so many ads out there about groups saying they can get you out, i had never heard of this one. We used them on recommendation of another satisfied customer, friend of my daughter's. It was a bit rocky in the beginning as the agent that was assigned to me didn't seem up to speed on my contract details. they QUICKLY remedied that situation and assigned another agent. this was all done during covid which i figured would have ruined all my chances with these resorts already being hurting for income.it still only took about 6-7 months. the group sent a letter stating our dissolution from the timeshare. i do wish there was more documentation in case it gets challenged in the future. i also hope the group will help me out if that situation ever occurs. That remains to be seen. i am so relieved and feel that 2020 may not have been all THAT bad!!

Excellent communication! We appreciate their attention to detail and for keeping us informed monthly of the progress on releasing us from this timeshare.

It'll be 1 year on 12/17/2020 (2 days from today). We have contacted the timeshare freedom group as well the Law Group they are affiliated with (told to remove specific law group that includes the name of the attorney as it includes "personal information") and have been told there has been zero traction/ progress. When we call to speak with someone we continue to get the excuse of COVID 19 and the pandemic. However, Sapphire Resorts sure isn't taking any off days or making any excuses! They are right at work, taking our money still. We continue to make payments to Sapphire Resorts to avoid damaging our credit. At this point we are feeling hopeless.. We're a young, growing family who made a young, silly decision. Taken advantage of.. We have two baby girls under 2 years old and a little boy on the way, due in April. We attempted to contact Timeshare Freedom Group for our promised refund, so that we can take our money somewhere else to get help with this and we were told we still have a year left before we can make this request. I recommend looking elsewhere for assistance. By doing so, you will avoid the run around, the excuses, and the lack of effort and explanation for lack of progress. For $3800 that I spent 1 year ago, it sure would be nice to hear about progress. ANY progress!! The SLIGHTEST bit of progress.. not here.. not with this company..

Since day one they been really helpful. They have explain to us how the process is going to be. they have answer all our questions. We really happy and hope to hear from them soon that we free of the timeshare.

Since 2013, Kay and I have wanted to sell,. Or be released from our contract with travel resorts. Why, you might ask?
Well, we sold Our airstream trailer. A campground just didn't fit the bill anymore.
At first TRA said they would help us sell. We had the top of the line contract, and surely we could sell it for a tidy sum. But why did I see so many adds offering to sell their contracts at give away prices. Well, we soon learned that we were stuck. So many loopholes that made it virtually impossible. Then we learned we could buy out for a huge sum. No way. We decided to keep paying our maintenance fees until the day we died. Ouch.
And then we saw an add. For you guys. We talked to Heidi, and it was love at first sight. We felt we were in better hands than than the good hands people at Allstate.
We signed on and, sat back, and let you go to work. Everything worked out just as Heidi. Said it would. We are now out of our contact completely. So relieved that our children will not be saddled with any debt from our poor choice to become members with travel resorts. We did enjoy a few years travelling in our airstream, but we had no idea of how impossible it would be to terminate our membership. Thanks for the peace of mind that your actions have given us.

I reached out to Timeshare Freedom Group over a year now and nothing had happened. I get monthly calls to tell me the same thing, that they're working in it. In 7 months, it will be 2 years since I started working with Timeshare Freedom Group and if nothing has been done, I'm requesting my money back. This has affected my credit score real badly and never have I had it this low. Its a very stressful situation

Following clarification of initial misunderstanding, we received prompt professional service by pleasant competent staff and tasks were completed to our satisfaction.

I consulted Timeshare Freedom Group NYC location to release me from UVC AMesorts Vacation scam the week of August 10, 2020. The Timeshare Freedom group representative, Brent Fleming was very professional and informed me of the steps that this company will take in helping me to terminate my involvement with UVC AMresorts. I followed all the requirements and submitted my paper work to the necessary parties. In less than a month, exactly September 9th, I received word that UVC AMresorts agreed to terminate my contract and release me from any further obligations from their company. I can testify with certainty that I am extremely satisfied with the work that Timeshare Freedom group performed on my behalf and released me from the burden of being tied down to a 30 year contract from UVC AMresorts.I am so relieved and 100 percent satisfied!
