Ordered two items, one hardware the other a license. The hardware delivered promptly and was as advertised. The license however has been a nightmare! And customer service is NON EXISTENT. The online chat is a joke and they seldom respond to an email.
Had to give 1 star in order to write a review my husband and I ordered same computer to same address, his came fast no problems. Months later and me inquiring where mine is, never contacted by customer service, I get told mine can't ship unless I pay an additional $20 to get it here. my husband received his no problem same address. Very poor customer service extremely disappointed
Really no star would do place an order in the am get an email in the afternoon srry ordered canceled to high of a demand here is 10% off ur next order this site is a joke no legit business would do such a thing
Ordered 2 refurbished computers. Both had permanent issues out of the box. One is not useable at all. I attempted to get one fixed and kept the second as I couldn't do without it and had no way to ship it. I kept being passed between Tigerdirect and Joy systems with no resolution. I eventually asked for total refunds and was told it was too late...
Will never purchase from them again.
I bought some memory and it took forever to get it, and it arrived defective. I started a a return and was told 15% restock fee and return shipping required. What? If that wasn't bad enough they made me call the manufacture for a case number and I was told they didn't provide those. I told Tiger and he said he couldn't help me without one and hung up on me. Tiger direct is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Will never use them again. Nothing in stock when it says it is. Items arrive damaged and the worst customer service. Stay away !
TigerDirect showed stock of a printer that I ordered. A week later they emailed saying it was backordered. The next day I got contacted by a delivery company saying they would like to arrange delivery.
Once the printer got delivered, I realized it was the wrong item. I contacted TigerDirect. It took multiple phonecalls, emails, and days before they realized how the mistake was made, and then had me deliver the printer to UPS store to send back to them.
Then they cancelled my original order.
Don't believe their "in stock" status.
Also, none of them speak English.
Cancelled my order due to stock, even though their site is connected to their online stock database. Wanted to provide a 10% discount when the item I already bought was discounted at 20%.
Will never spend money at this unethical and unprofessional company again. Horrible customer service.

As titled, it's really a scam business tbh. They have many excuses for not fulfilling order. If you brought something on their website with discount? Good luck. Chances are that they'll cancel your order due to `Out of Stock`. If that was the case why not just prevent people from placing the order in the first place? Also, once you ordered something, you'll get a ton of spams in your inbox the second you placed the order. The whole practice is very shady.
The 1st computer I got didn't even have a hard drive-in it the 2nd computer I got was damaged so now I need to wait 30 days for a refund I wouldn't waste your time there a bunch of scammers and horrible customer service
So I ordered a small item, thank heavens, for an item and was indicated as in stock. As soon as I order, I get an email that says it’s on back order. So I cancel immediately, with several emails and through Amazon pay service. Amazon also sent the cancellation to tiger direct and then I get an email from tiger direct saying the cancel was in process and confirmation would follow. I never received the cancellation email in fact, two days later I get a notice from Amazon that tiger direct sent the request for payment anyway, and then immediately sent me a shipping email.. so bottom line they completely ignored the immediate cancellation request so they could force the sale on me.. they got what they want, I guess, and now they had the audacity to send me an email telling me all these different charges I would have to pay to return this item, and flat out said you probably just want to keep the item because it will cost you more to return it.. this is sketchy business! I order online all the time, like daily, and I’ve never faced such unethical business practices in my lifetime.. I also never leave reviews but this needs to be made known and I plan on writing a review each day, for every dollar I spent or wasted on them

But, whoever is responsible for this shipment, should be a shamed of them self.
I can buy a better and cleaner computer at a Thrift Store down the block
The computer did turn on but I had no image, just 3 beeps, I had to open it and fix it myself to have an image.
When I opened it I found out, the machine was built in 2012 with Windows 7 you installed Windows 10 and called it Refurbish
This machine was store in someone's garage for years

How Dare You
I haven't ordered from this company in several years but thought I would give them another chance. I ordered a few computer components through their website and received confirmation. However, I went back to check on the order and found it stated my credit card was declined, even though I use this card frequently. I then asked to cancel the order and ordered these items from Amazon. The next day, I again checked the website only to find the order was being shipped. Apparently the information about the credit card issue was to force me to call their service center (I was never able to get through on the phone).
Scam.
HORRIBLE "processing representatives". Spent what seems like a few hours on the phone with their Middle Eastern call center and no matter how much proof I provide, they "can't" verify my identity for shipping and can't get a hold of anyone at my bank, even though I have no issue getting an answer in less than 30 seconds. My bank agent pre-authorized the transaction, there's no reason for the runaround. Canceled the order, now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my $2,600 back and spend it elsewhere. Bring back native English call centers!
I bought an item on TigerDirect and after the sale they were " Out of Stock " This was two weeks ago. I called and ask for a refund but they have not refunded my money. I had an email four days ago saying it shipped but their tracking service had no record.
Liars and thieves..... days spent with customer support to resolve an issue with a melted UPS they sent me. Issue is still unresolved. Never do business with them....Then they tell me to not let my frustration define me. Serious, no joke, said it in writing.....

Worst company ever. Called about an item I wanted that was out of stock. They told me it would be in stock Feb. 23 and I should get it the first week of March. So I ordered it on Feb. 5th cause I didn't really need it til the end of the month anyways. Well, here it is March now and it still hadn't shipped so I called them and they said they have no idea when or if it will ever ship. So now I'm back at square 1 having to find a laptop to order (from someone else!) and wait for it to come in from them when it was suppose to be here about now. 😡
Nice Windows 10 PC/Laptop for the money. Was a little more "worn" around the edges than I expected. Nonetheless, it does the job.
