I had some questions about a reburbished laptop. Don was very helpful, and I ended up purchasing the laptop. Don was very knowledgeable about the product as well as courteous and friendly. He made the purchase process seamless.

Never a problem with Tiger. Especially appreciate your merchandise descriptions which are accurate, contrary to some other sellers.

As usual tiger direct gave me the best price and delivered with a superior product.

Poor Customer Service. I will not buy from them again.

I like Tiger Direct. Their prices are low and their service is good. With fry's going out of business, tiger direct will be my go to place.

Normally, I would rate usually 4 stars, don't remember less.
My last 2 orders get 5 for the product, the price, and the service.

The whole process was very smooth and simple.

I ordered a computer and a monitor. Computer was charged twice to my bank account for two different amounts. Neither of which was the total when I checked out online. My bank wouldn't release the funds back to me. Computer was not shipped, it was discontinued. I will never order from Tiger Direct again. It was a horrible experience. I tried to cancel the monitor order (why would I need a monitor if I dont have a computer?) and it was already shipped. So wasted over 100.00 and several hours on phone trying to get the hold stopped on my bank account. Never again.

So far, so good. I did make sure it worked but have not yet put this monitor into service. I've always been pleased with TigerDirect and have been a customer for many years now.

Paid for over-night shipping got package 3-4 days later. Next purchase did 2-3 day shipping and it took about 10 days to get. Products were fine - not sure why the big delay in shipping. It was not during the holidays.

Amazon is big, and although they often offer great deals, people like me know the inherent value and importance that companies like TigerDirect has upon the community (besides, every company has a few rotten apples that are difficult to identify and shake, there's no Gold without dross).

I ordered a product that showed was in stock and available
The order was accepted
After 11 days I called for a status. I was then informed that the product was out of stock
After a second follow up call I was told the product may ship in 2 days
During another I was told the product should ship in 2 days
I now await notification of shipment

They advertised the same product I received, it arrived on schedule and the product worked as intended. The price was good and had free shipping.

Extremely easy to read layout of the website, great layout to show exactly what you are getting, and good pricing for the items we purchased. I love getting bits and pieces from Tiger direct.

I ordered two identical laptops and they both work very well.
