This was my first time using your service. I called to place my order by phone because I had the need to confirm that I would not need to wait until the date of the event to receive my tickets. I explained to the representative Ken, that I was also going to purchase a flight for my guest to attend the event on February 16 and that in order to make travel plans and incur the expense of the flight, I wanted assurance that the tickets would transfer quickly, following the order, and that if there was to be a delay or if I might not receive the tickets until the day of the event, that I would not complete the transaction. Ken specifically asserted that the seller would transfer my tickets to me within 24 hours. He repeated that 24 hour timing throughout the conversation, and also when describing the terms of sale before I authorize the charge to my card . It is now coming up on 48 hours since the transaction and I do not have an email with a QR code from the seller, or from Ticket City, as Ken promised. What I do have is a confirmation email stating that I will receive my tickets by February 16, which is the date of the event. I have not been able to book a flight for my guest , the cost of which is increasing, owing to the delay. Please rectify the situation immediately and write back with confirmation that you have contacted the seller directly and that the tickets will be transferred TODAY, without further delay. Thank you.

When I inquired about when I’d receive the tickets, I received a prompt reply back. The tickets arrived the next day early and had easy to follow instructions.

Took my son to his first WWE event as a Christmas gift...easy to purchase the tickets and they were in my email 5 days before the event...thanks for a great father son experience!

The process was easy, even for an older lady like me. Not computer savvy, but I find my way around. It was nice getting our tickets on my phone, made it easy at the door.

I Spent about 3 hours trying to order these tickets and I still don't have a link to my tickets!

I listed one of my 6 tickets for sale to the Bills packers game. Reduced the price the Friday before the Sunday night game. Took no other action. Never got a notice that it sold. At the game, I met the guy that bought the ticket. He sat with us and stated the price he had paid a short time prior to the game. Walked straight to the seat we had listed and asked my son to get out of the seat as he had bought it. I contacted nfltickets and they deny the sale - claim I removed the listing. I believe it is a scam and wonder how many others have received this treatment. I think they sold the ticket and kept the buyer’s money and mine. This is a $500+ incident. I know the guy that bought the ticket and I am not done with this.

We bought tickets to the Romeo concert that took place last weekend. Very disappointed 1 day before the concert we were notified that we will not be able to attend. I called that same day and the lady told me the concert had be cancelled. I went on the Internet the same night of the concert and he did come to Tampa to perform. I then called back on Sunday and the guy told me it was a private event why sell tickets if it is going to private. We will never use you guys again and it was a very crappy experience.

The representative on the phone was really nice. But he incorrectly told us our ticket would be deliver via email and we would use a QR code for entry. I asked three times if that was the case and he assured me it was.
Then we found out from another rep that called that was not the case, and we had to go pick it up at a local shipping store. Please ensure the reps give out accurate instructions.

Had multiple problems with digital tickets. Had to pick up at will call.

They do not offer refunds. AT ALL! Also it seems to be a consistent failure to update the schedule. I bought tickets for a show that didn’t even exist and asked for money back after I noticed. They said no and that there will be no refund. Beware.

Purchasing tickets for the event was very easy. I would rate it 5 stars if I could download the tickets into my Apple wallet and transfer tickets.

Never received tickets. Purchased months in advance.
