Pagué mis boletos para el concierto de Alfredo olivas en Veracruz y me los cobraron pero nunca me dieron confirmación de pago y menos mis boletos

Don't do it. They charge your credit card and didn't have tickets available even with two months notice. Promised tickets by midnight the day before college football game that we travelled to see and despite five phone calls and two hours on hold between customer support staff, would not cancel my order despite asking multiple times during game day and still having no tickets. Purchased tickets that afternoon from another site Seat Geek with tickets loaded to phone in 3 minutes without an issue. Ticket city tried to issue us a set of tickets from a second then third seller without our permission 2 hours prior to the game that we would not accept. They couldn’t contact the original seller, or a second seller, and tried to give us other seats from a third seller after we had purchased tickets online from Seat Geek. This is a crooked company and scammers. Promised on our confirmation email two months prior to have tickets by the day prior to the game and would not allow a refund once those tickets never materialized. Horrible horrible horrible corrupt company when sellers won’t comply and shouldnt put buyer on the hook. Do not use them unless you want to lose sleep, get stressed, and like making multiple phone calls to customer service waiting for promised results, and being shuffled between operators on hold for 2-3 hours at a time on game day. Having to dispute past payment with credit card company.

Awful experience! After 43 days I still did not have my tickets. On line was only offered via chat. The on line help number sends you back to chat. After contacting CC company to cancel they provided a phone number from the CC statement. Still no response, still no resolution.

Compre boletos para Alfredo Olivas en Toluca, se hizo el cargo a mi tarjeta pero no me llego confirmación de pago, y menos los boletos para descargarlos, estoy muy angustiada porque estoy llamando a los números que se proporcionan para aclaración y nadie responde, igual envié correo y contacte por redes sociales de la página, pero no hay respuesta... Espero me den por este medio una solución, lo alguien me pueda indicar que puedo hacer para descargar los boletos o me regresen mi dinero.¡AYUDA!

They would not let me in the venue! They said my tickets were not valid! Somebody else was sitting in my seat. These tickets were double sold.

We were having trouble purchasing Cubs tickets online thus made a call to TicketCity. Very glad we did. The agent we dealt with, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous. We had never made a purchase online with TicketCity prior to this transaction so was a bit anxious but we are very happy with our experience. A plus rating from us Texans!

Super Easy I ordered my tickets a week ahead they came in a few hours and the price was way under all other providers prices seats are front row seats 9-10 what a score

Problem with accessing tickets was the fault of event organizer and not ticketcity. Ticketcity assisted me in identifying this problem.

Poor policies on exchanges or upgrades. Late getting the tickets a day. A lot of anxiety worrying about whether I'll be getting the tickets or not.

I want to say that I had a bad experience with my tickets. I try calling and chat with them and still I could not get my volleyball tickets. I drove from Waianae to Moana atStan sheriff center and still couldn’t go in and watch the game. Plos too I had surgery done on stomach. I call the next day and they won’t gave me a refund. So I’m to call places where they can help me. Action line, BBB and law enforcement and report this matter.

I researched tickets for a major concert that I really wanted to attend for my birthday. TicketCity had the best priced service fees that brought the tickets and fee cost in at the best when totaled together. The tickets were sent over quickly and when I had difficulty "retrieving" the tickets electronically the customer service team was even in at 6pm on a Sunday evening and solved my issue quickly and politely.
