Had looked at this product for months…
Had looked at this product for months and had decided to order one as soon as my pup had stopped growing.
Ordered the collar and I have to say it didn’t meet expectations with an absent and uneven contrast border. I messaged the company as soon as I received it to let them know how disappointed I was. Got an immediate response on a Saturday saying they’d let the saddler know and I was able to return the collar( I’d offered to send photos but they didn’t ask to see any)
The company place themselves in the premium range but unfortunately the product didn’t match my expectations however the response was good.

We sent you an email as soon as we saw this and apologised. You were unfortunately caught up in an upgrade on our server due to the site receiving a high demand of visits, and your order emails did not get sent out. This order was sent immediately the next day and we also added a free gift which we hope your dog will love. Sorry again for any inconvenience.
Return address in Poland. Courier at my expense.
It was not clear to me at point of purchase that the large dog bed (I ordered two to compare) would have to be returned to Poland by courier at my expense. The website states that the return address is different from the one shown. Only when you apply for a returns form - there is none - the bad news is broken to you. I think this is dishonest. All good companies should have a returns warehouse address in the UK. I will not be using this company again and suggest you think carefully what you order and ask where it’s coming from.

We are sorry you felt annoyed about your return for the Bowl and Bone Europe dog bed. This particular bed is despatched directly from the manufacturer in Poland as clearly stated on the product page under “Delivery”. It also states that you will have to return the item to this location should you wish to exchange or return again on the product page. It’s only one brand on our site as most of our products are made by Artisans’s in the UK however due to popularity of Bowl and Bone products with our customers, we do like to offer the choice.

Very disappointed
I have bought quite a number of dog beds from this company. i was pleased with them, but now I cannot get in touch with them They don't give a telephone number or a postal address. They don't seem to do the lovely dog beds I have had in the past. Have they been taken over? I have my password written down but it rejects it, as well as telling my email address is not valid. I think I do know my own email address!! All this aggravation means I will not be in a hurry to buy from this company again.

I can confirm that we have updated our site in the last twelve months and also updated our product range. We also have a new help desk service for all of our customer’s questions. This new site and improved customer service is to offer a fast and recorded service which is efficient for both ourselves and our customers. Concerning passwords, we have updated security to coincide with GDPR policies and also to improve the security of our brand. All our customers can set up a secure account, or buy simply as a guest, this is for the customer’s individual preference.

Harris tweed collar
I was very impressed with the quality and the choice that The Stylish Dog Company offered online so I ordered a harris tweed collar for my Miniature Schnauzer. Excellent packaging and delivery, the collar arrived very quickly and beautifully wrapped. I will definitely be making further purchases.

I am sorry your experience with shopping with us was not satisafactory.
The particular blanket you bought is handmade to order, and as stated on the product page, it can take up to 14 days to deliver.
It was delivered to you within this time frame, however unfortunately, you were not at home on the day of delivery so it was taken to the UPS Collection point, as advised by a card that was posted through your door, for you to either pick up or arrange another delivery date. This was not carried out by you until you contacted us and we looked into the situation further and advised you.
I can see that this has now been delivered/picked up and hope you and your dog are very happy with the blanket.
