Ordered three products which are basically drop shipped by the company.
Items all delivered ok but absolutely no response to any of my emails.
Four emails sent, nil response.
Communication with myself, absolutely zero.
Why would you treat a customer like that???
Then they sent me an email requesting a revue ?

My dog loves this water bottle. It's so much easier than carrying a bowl but the brand's customer service was not very helpful

Finally got my collar, and a complimentary lead. My name is Luca, by the way not Lucy ;)

I ordered a soft dog collar 9 days ago, emphasising on the order that it would be for a competition in the next few days (so allowing extra days for buffer). Currently the item has not been dispatched at all and is still 'processing' according to the order tracker online.

Website says estimated delivery would be 10 days, including dispatch within 5 days.

There is no contact number shown on the website, the chat function AND the enquiry form is out of order. Scam?

UPDATE 16 FEB: Today I finally received the dog collar, although had missed the first delivery attempt, since I had already left for the competition that the collar was intended for.

The Stylish Dog Company did contact me several times - which seem to be responses to the various ways I had tried to communicate with them (Instagram, Facebook, and once their online chatbot was working I left a message their with a response that arrived later via email, as well as a response to the trustpilot review above). In all fairness they had leapt into action - after I'd written the original trustpilot review - to say that their subcontractor saddler had apparently already sent the item and would send a new one via urgent mail.

I obviously cannot say what happened behind the scenes, other than I did not receive at all the first delivery and that the order status of 'processing' never was updated throughout. It's possible there was a communication breakdown somewhere or system failure, but it would have been good to know that someone was ensuring my order was completed rather than me having to search different platforms to find a way to get in touch with them.

Regarding the product itself (padded leather collar) it is good quality and I appreciate the custom size. My dog is between sizes and I didn't want loose ends hanging. It's a bit chunkier than I expected (c.21mm wide not 19mm - not a huge deal but maybe relevant for smaller dogs such as mine) and c.6mm thick, but definitely robust and not breaking off any time soon!

Carrie at customer service was very responsive and helped resolve the late arrival of the KONG toy which was sent via courier as soon as stock arrived at their warehouse. Carrie kept me updated the whole time.
A replacement collar was also sent from the saddlery and postage was indeed refunded for the return of the faulty leather collar.
The leather lead matching the collar feels luxurious and soft. The colour of pink on navy is beautiful on my miniature Schnauzer.

Email received Thursday morning, by Friday morning parcel has been dispatched with missing item from original parcel. Very easy to deal with.

They use a third party dispatcher and had to liaise with them before issuing the item.

Original:

Ordered Monday 22nd July. Delivered Thursday 27th July. Came home Monday 29th July to open the parcel and find an item missing. The only way to contact them is via their support message system on the website. No contact number!

Extremely frustrating as the chew toy missing was for our new puppy and her teething! Remaining items were all fine.

Put in a support message Tuesday 30th July and still waiting a response.

Based on delivery times (3~ days), I won’t get the chew toy until next week now….

I will update this once I have heard back.

Ordered a leather puppy collar, measuring guide was helpful to get the right size. Very pleased with the outcome, collar arrived on time, is lovely quality, true to colour shown. Will definitely order from this company again.

Quality product (faux fur donut bed), and delivery was super quick! Also got delivered in a bow, which my puggle was very chuffed with! Good value!

Our dog is a bit particular when it comes to bedding and drags away things that he's not impressed with. Time to treat him to something really special: a Golden Husky Faux Fur Dog Blanket, and to our delight he absolutely loves it! We often find that he has gone back to his bed to snuggle down in the soft fur. Very happy with purchase and speed of delivery and highly recommend the blanket.

Really lovely dog bed, and cheaper than the actual manufacturer's price.. How can that be ? Keep up the good work

So I in good faith on the 2nd of February purchased a new dog bed for my dog from the stylish dog company . It was £185 and would be ready at most 2 weeks . Since then the company do not respond to emails(4 of them) nobody answers a phone .I have now asked for a refund , again heard nothing . Be very careful ordering from this company . To date still nothing

Luxury leather dog collar and lead. The collar is beautiful lined in pink leather however the lead is cheap looking and totally unsuitable for the collar. Why is it not also lined with the pink leather. Not worth waiting the two weeks for.

Delivery fast & very well packed, I purchased a terrier tunnel dog bed blanket in faux fur bobcat this is shades of grey spotted with black & white and the inside is a mid grey it’s beautiful. As soon as I opened it my Jack Russell Daisy was in it and snuggled down asleep, when he got out Fred cat got in.

Placed an order for a dog collar beginning of August '21, which arrived within the time frame stated
When we received it we were very surprised on the quality, the only downside is, the one I ordered was too small :( (I didn't send it back, but offered it to someone else)
I re-ordered another (correct size) and again the quality is outstanding, our dog wasn't overly happy his old one was removed, but he seems happy now after a few days of wearing it (the old one is still here so he can sniff it now and again)
We will definitely use it again

Purchased a dog collar and lead recently. Excellent quality product. The lead I purchased was out of stock, but I was offered an alternative as an upgrade which was a better lead than I originally ordered. Over all, very happy, products are superb, although response to emails I sent did take some time to get a response. I put this down to the Tannery being very busy!

I could not have been more thrilled with the prompt, professional service and quality of my woofie’s Therapy Dog jacket.
I ordered before the June long weekend on the Friday and it arrived Tuesday thereafter much to my shock!!!!
Jan kept in touch throughout with an update on progress and I even received a card on delivery stating if there were any problems to make contact with her.

Could not be happier with my lead and matching dog collar for my Staffie Cross. The quality is superb, delivery was quick and it’s so well made.

We are very pleased with collar and lead in Harris Tweed we bought for our little Yorkie. Looks like a Prince!
