The Sleep People Limited Anmeldelser

Mattresses are excellent quality and Martha was very quick to answer a question I had first class service good quality and quick delivery. I would highly recommend this company and thank you once again Martha for your quick response.

When I had a problem- Martha helped me a lot and she talks to me via email . Very good service. Angela.

I recently bought mattresses through the sleep people via b+q market place. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I contacted them and Megan responded to my email. It has only taken 5 days for Megan to resolve this situation, can’t say enough about the first class service Megan has given me. Constantly emailed me to update me on the progress of the problem and how she was going to sort it.
A pleasure to deal with and someone that can get things done with minimal fuss excellent service.

Mattress arrived faster than expected. Looks very comfortable and looking forward to our nights out in the campervan now.

I have spoken to both Martha and Megan, they helped me request a refund on a mattress that I ordered the wrong size via wowcher, they were both very helpful and understanding I have now bought the correct size mattress through wowcher & this company again due to how kind and helpful they are

Martha was lovely and great customer service. Fast replies and my problem was sorted straight away.

There was a delay with the delivery of a mattress and discovered it had been lost in transit. I contacted The Sleep People and a fantastic customer service representative, Martha, sorted out the issue immediately and gave me an option for refund or replacement. I'm happy to say I received the replacement mattress yesterday. Thank you Martha. You are a credit to your company!

Very helpful unfortunately I needed to return the mattress as I ordered the wrong size. The returns process was made extremely easy and sorted straight away thanks

Looks like I'm not the only one that had issues with the Wowcher deal lol - like others have mentioned, I too was lucky enough to get through to Martha who helped to get everything sorted quickly and kept me informed. Clearly their customer service is a vast improvement on that of Wowcher. Waiting for the goods to arrive now but my faith has been restored thanks to Martha.
