The company has apparently voided the…
The company has apparently voided the game for 16-18 Sept and then transposed the results for the 19th - 20th Sept onto the 16-18th Sept so the results page makes no sense. There is no reference to the results being made void. It took ages to get through with the calls twice being ended including the last one. The agent I did eventually speak to was polite but again we were cut off. I would like my stake returned for a void entry that would be the right course of action to take but apparently this is not possible. Considering the expenditure I have this company I am not receiving value for money.

As discussed during our phone call, the Classic Pools competition for 16-18 September (Competition 41) was moved to the next game in line with Rule 6.7 of our Terms and Conditions. Where no dividends are declared for a game, the competition may be declared void and entries can be carried forward to the next available game.
We appreciate that this information was available on our announcements page, however we also value your feedback that you would have preferred to see this communicated on the fixtures page.
