Emma has been so so helpful! We are first time buyers so had no idea what to expect with the whole process, but Emma has been so accommodating and efficient. Also explained all the steps to us as well.

Kathryn managed my case and was very responsive to my emails and calls, and constantly chased up the other side to enable fast communication between us. She was also very knowledgeable on the purchasing process and walked me through it in detail which was much appreciated as a first time buyer.

Company Corrupt, unprofessional, incompetent and dishonourable
Property on sale at £320k my offer of £318k was accepted. Cash buyer, funds verified. 24 hours later they told me the property had sold to a different buyer! This new buyer is in a chain! Go figure! Devastated. Are they crazy? Simply Greedy!
They gave me the figure of £318k! Apparently this is legal but unethical and very bad business practice!
Save yourself stress and heartache and AVOID
