I cannot recommend move plus enough. We used them as part of Redrow’s assisted move scheme. To begin with, I was skeptical that they would help and be worth it. How wrong I was! Right from instructing the estate agents, they worked hard. They negotiated on our behalf with the buyers and meant we got full asking. Move Plus helped, at multiple points, our sale to progress. They were patient and worked hard to ensure everything was as smooth as possible. They kept the lines of communication open which helped alleviate a lot of stress. I think, thanks to our buyers solicitors being painfully slow, I’d have gone mad without them. In particular, I’d like to thank Jessica James who was always the voice of reason and calm. She really helped me to feel at ease and was always helpful and polite.

As first-time buyers, we were very impressed with the service provided by Move Plus. Aaliyah, our negotiator, demonstrated a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail throughout the process. She ensured we were kept up to date at every stage and was always available to provide clear and helpful guidance when needed. Her proactive approach and reassurance made what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Louise was brilliant throughout our whole sale process, even when times got tough with the buyer not playing ball. She would go above and beyond to help us chase the buyer solicitors where possible.
In a stressful time Louise was there to offer support and answer any questions. Our sales wasn’t an easy ride but if it wasn’t for Louise I’d have given up on moving. We’re now very happy in our new home 😁
