She explained everything super clearly and communication through every step was well organised and executed as planned. Early stages of a sales negotiation through to offer being accepted was well handled by Nelle Sackett. She was clear, happy to explain anything I was unsure about and diligent in chasing up the seller to ensure a quick move to accepting my offer.
