Swift 360 Keyboard - poor quality - 45% restocking fees + return shipment fees
I ordered the Swift 360 Keyboard for iPad Pro M4/M5. The quality of the back of the case was flimsy, and would not, despite their claims, protect the iPad from a fall. Also, the instructions packaged with the keyboard did not match the keyboard I purchased.
I requested a return.
They charge a 45% restocking fee and you have to pay to ship it back to the UK (another $45). RIDICULOUS!
I recommend you steer clear of this company!

Amazing customer service
I ordered the wrong case by mistake. Ella my support rep did an amazing job by helping me through the process of locating the correct case and made the transaction as easy as it possibly could’ve been. It’s refreshing have a real person help customers and she was as polite as could be. I would recommend this company to anyone!!
Managing the Jam Makes All the Difference
There was a shipping snafu but Ella at Mave was relentless to make it right. I tracked the package and notified Mave of the problem. My email was quickly replied to and after a day or two my new keyboard was on its way and this time arrived days early. Things go wrong, that’s just life, but the character of a company shines brightest in the shadows of a problem.

The directions are terrible on how to measure the wristband and cut it to fit. If you aren’t perfect the entire order is wasted. They will not sell you a band only to replace the band you mistakenly cut incorrectly. Horrible customer service and quality control.
The product is great with a great price.
Protecting my iPad

The product description said the "iPad Leather Portfolio Case" I was buying had an auto sleep/wake feature. It doesn't. Decided I wanted to use their "30-Days Hassle Free Returns" policy, only to find out there's a $38 restocking fee, and you have to purchase your own return shipping label on top of that. The enclosure feature they said it has also doesn't work, and there is no way to leave a review on their site to let people know not to trust the description, or about the false peace of mind the return policy offers.

Buyer beware, this company appears to have lots of hidden restocking fees associated with it. Their item also was found significantly cheaper on another website, I believe they are up selling. I would not recommend this company I would not purchase again from them.

This is obviously drop shipping from china. My iPad case cost 50€ (on sale) and is very cheap quality. Definitely not worth the price. It came in a plastic wrapper with only Chinese (mandarin?) writing on it, as well as a set of stickers for decoration. The stickers were obviously made by somebody who does not understand a single word of English, because the writing on them didn’t make any sense at all. I didn’t pay for them though, so maybe a funny gift?
I should have checked Trust Pilot before ordering there. The package took 3 weeks to deliver, without any updates about the whereabouts until 2 days before the arrival.

I ordered a pair of earbuds on January 20th and paid for expedited shipping. It is now February 22nd and I still have not received my purchase. I have exchanged multiple emails with Ella who informed me that my package was in transit and must have gotten delayed. Then I was told it would be delivered at the end of last month which hasn't happened. She replied back 12 days ago that within 6 days if I hadn't received my package she would expedite another one to me in which I still haven't received a tracking or confirmation number that a new one has been sent! This has been a horrible experience with this company and I originally ordered with expedited shipping so he can be here for my daughter's birthday which has a long gone and past

They don’t follow what they said on their website, I bought a case it’s size too big they didn’t want me to return as all the expenses were on me which is higher then the item’s value.
