I've had to pay handling fee & GST for package that had booklet to hold WW11 coins - that I've already filled $14.98 & special classification $85.99,????
Nothing that I've ordered. & i still have 2 duplicate coins that I've been asking for a return voucher so I can return. I don't think I should have to pay for these mistakes that were made by you! I need to return this package that I rec'd today!! Please fwd return vouchers to be @ your expenses!

I expected much more for the price
I expected much more for the price. The gold arrived loose inside a small plastic case, with no certificate or documentation verifying its authenticity, purity, weight, or origin. No licensed-merchandise documentation was included either.
I was also charged customs fees, which is especially frustrating given the lack of proper documentation. For a product advertised as licensed merchandise containing real gold, I expected much better presentation and proof of authenticity.
Very disappointing. I would not purchase from this seller again.

Koin club took money from my account without notification. I didn't request, or want the item they charged me for. It's a poor business model they operate. I now have to wait for a refund and send the unwanted item back to them when it arrives.

Absolutely fraudster of a company. I got this offer to pay delivery for a coin, thought it's only £4 why not. 20 days later haven't received it and they have now tried to charge me another £43 for another coin. (Btw I have received 0 coins) Chat button doesn't work on their website either. Fraudsters.

Everything is great until you have a…
Everything is great until you have a problem and then it’s actually horrendous. The problem isn’t even that big but the issues to get it sorted are draining and then there is a continuous subscription so once the collection you actually bought is finished they just sign you up for another and expect you to cancel despite never signing anything. I would have once recommended but actually think they are one of the most horrific companies I’ve ever dealt with. The humans that deal with you are about as useful as the ai.
