Absolutely fraudster of a company. I got this offer to pay delivery for a coin, thought it's only £4 why not. 20 days later haven't received it and they have now tried to charge me another £43 for another coin. (Btw I have received 0 coins) Chat button doesn't work on their website either. Fraudsters.

Everything is great until you have a…
Everything is great until you have a problem and then it’s actually horrendous. The problem isn’t even that big but the issues to get it sorted are draining and then there is a continuous subscription so once the collection you actually bought is finished they just sign you up for another and expect you to cancel despite never signing anything. I would have once recommended but actually think they are one of the most horrific companies I’ve ever dealt with. The humans that deal with you are about as useful as the ai.

Auto-enrolled onto BS subscription
Auto-enrolled onto a subscription without being made aware - I'm sure it was in the fine print, but legally that is not sufficient notice. £50 a coin when all I actually intended to buy was a promotional coin where I would pay £3.99 for postage. Then would not cancel the order before it ships, so now I'll have the faff and risk of returning the item, yay. Bit of a scam, won't use Koin Club again after those dodgy tactics!

After my writing my review from the 26th of august regarding my missing certificates for my coin sets, as of today, the 9th of September, and numerous interactions with customer services, I still do not have any of my missing certificates. This company are full of promises, but do not deliver on them. If and when you read this koin club, you really need to have a chat with whoever is packing and posting your sales out. Just last week I received 4 whiskers and peter rabbit folders for the coins, and all 4 are having to be returned because they are badly damaged and ripped on both ends of the spine. Sorry, but my buying days from this company are over with.....take more care guys in your sales..its not fair on the consumer

I was sucked in to buy a coin and pay postage; however it is not made CLEAR and does not let you know in BIG, HUGE letters with flashing lights that you have signed up to get a coin every 3 weeks for nearly 50 quid 💷. With a serious cost of living crisis spiralling out of control this type of adverts to dupe people like me should be banned!

For the second consecutive month I've…
For the second consecutive month I've received the wrong coin. That's quite frustrating for many reasons. I'm a senior citizen who's disabled on a limited income and no transportation.
I've been collecting coins for several decades. The set I'm attempting to complete, "Canada in WWII" is my first attempt at working with the "Koin Club". I was hoping that comleting this set would be the beginning of a long-term, fruitful relationship. In light of the most recent improper delivery, I'm beginning to have serious doubts about that.
Delivery of the two remaining coins, "Defending Britain" and "Battle of the Scheldt" without incident would certainly reassure me that completing the set will be realized and future business ratified.

Ridiculously difficult to cancel the subscription for and lots of small hidden costs and charges as well as automated continuous subscriptions without any opt in or opt out options. Felt very predatory
