Lost my endorsement over $75
The Knot was the paper purveyor for my daughter’s wedding. She took care of all of it. And until the final order all was satisfactory. The last piece of her order got messed up. The table numbers- assignments etc was initially delivered to a DC warehouse and she received a text saying same. Then she received a text saying it was en route to Denver CO. Not good. She needed to drop all items for the venue to the planner the week before the event. Which happened to be Friday of Memorial Day. She called me that Saturday explaining the snafu and I said surely you can call Tuesday and the Knot will haste post haste rerun it and overnight it. Latest you’ll receive it is Wednesday noon. Well she did call you and email as well and was basically told NO CAN DO. Then I got involved. Took two hours off work and went to Staples to get the order completed. I reached out to you to ask for reimbursement of what I spent at Staples. And was told essentially NOPE. Over a lousy $75 the Knot will never get my endorsement or recommendation. It’s the principle of the thing. I’m a nurse with a lot of friends. Trust me they will hear about your lack of understanding and indifferent customer service.

Amazing is the only word I can think of. I love how organized it makes me! They were also really helpful when I messed up my Save the dates. Specifically Shanna H. she made the customization of my order so easy and when the envelopes were the wrong size she reached out and helped me completely!

Absolutely disappointing and still not resolved. I got a generic email telling me trouble shooting steps I already did and confirmed I did in my initial email. I still haven’t been able to check out and have gotten no human assistance. I’m very upset with how all of this is being handled and am considering other alternatives.

The Knot framed our wedding planning!
The Knot provided a framework to organize my wedding. The design choices were beautiful and I found one that fit my color palette and style. I could create a wonderful and informative website and easily create a guest list.
While I communicated to my guests at strategic points during the lead up to the wedding weekend, editing The Knot template emails was clunky or unavailable. Also, a "work around" was needed for uploading photos taken by guests and our professional photographer.
All in all, The Knot helped make our wedding "one of the most beautiful and relaxing wedding weekends ever," say our guests!

It made my life so much easier
It made my life so much easier! I planned my own wedding on a budget (4500 for a wedding of 62 people) and I would have never been able to do it without the organizational tools from The Knot! It also made y registry so easy and same with RSVP! I was able to update my wedding details live, and everyone was able to stay up to date on the schedule

I ordered 4 items, 2 for the wedding gift and 2 for the shower gift. You were out of stock for one of the shower gifts. But I didn't get any communication about that so I could have ordered something else to bring to the shower. I did receive a refund though.
