We think wearable ID is important. We realise that there are different circumstances under which you would want to buy some sort of ID product. Be it that you are looking for a way of helping to keep your children safe or you are worried about an accident when you are involved in sport or you are worried about a child with a medical condition or want to help protect your ageing family members or relatives, we have a range of great ID products to help. We created our company after looking for medical ID products ourselves. We found that most of the products available were either of inferior quality or were not easily updateable or we would have to go through the hassle and delays of ordering from the States or that we were going to be "ripped off" with the post and packing charges. We wanted to create a better way...! We offer high quality ID products to meet a range of different requirements. We provide a fast, efficient and friendly service and we make sure all our products are available at a realistic cost. We also make sure that we do not vastly inflate our post and packing charges. By offering our Medical ID Jewellery, Child ID Wristbands, Sports Wristbands, Medical Wristbands, and Helmet ID Tags, we think we will have you covered. Excellent Prices, Bracelets & Service
I have several bracelets with my medical information from the ID Band Company. Both are really pretty. I didn't want something clinical and these fit the bill. 2 days from ordering to getting the last one delivered. I am so impressed by the service from them.

Buy cheap, pay twice.
The item arrived quickly but was a bit cheap and nasty.
Chain was too short to get over my head and when I mentioned this, their customer services suggested disconnecting it and placing the ball chain around my neck. No idea that most people would find this difficult, especially the elderly- it's a ball chain that is tiny and fiddly with no catch!
Anti noise rubber cover isn't glued into place and is loose and moves around.
The 'laser engraving' looks like it's simply printed on.
A rather cheap and nasty piece of junk.
Not fit for purpose.
Buy cheap, pay twice!

We provide a variety of images for each product, including close-up and lifestyle shots, so that customers can see exactly what the product will look like. Additionally, the item description lists the materials used and the product's weight. We understand that shopping online can sometimes make it difficult to get a true sense of a product, but with our detailed images and descriptions, we have found that customers generally have a clearer understanding of what to expect when the product arrives.
The chains provided with the dog tag you purchased are 24 inches in length, which is mentioned twice in the item description. We apologise if this was overlooked. The chains feature a standard ball chain fastening, allowing the wearer to easily open the chain and place it around their neck, rather than needing to put it over their head. We have not received any previous feedback regarding difficulty with opening the fastening, but we will certainly take your comments on board.
In your original email, you mentioned that “the chain is too small to fit over my head.” Our customer service team responded, “We’re sorry to hear that the chain is too small to go over your head. If you undo the fastening and place it around your neck rather than over your head, does it fit?” We were simply trying to understand whether the 24-inch chain was too tight for your neck, making it uncomfortable to wear.
Regarding the engraving, we use lasers to engrave all of our products. Unlike traditional engraving methods, which physically cut into the surface, laser engraving uses concentrated light energy to heat the material. This process, known as annealing, involves heating the steel to just below its melting point, which causes a chemical reaction on the surface and results in a colour change. The heat creates a permanent mark by forming an oxide layer on the steel’s surface. The engraving depth is very fine, typically around 2 to 3 microns (0.002-0.003mm), ensuring a subtle yet clear design while preserving the integrity of the material. Please note that the engraving is not “printed” on.
