Keeping me updated every month is much satisfying, that's good enough for me keep up the great work

Used the claim guys before and I was very satisfied with result.

This claim has been ongoing for some considerable time, i have received regular updates on how things are progressing, im fully confident these guys will get the best result possible for me

I’m frustrated by the process which has become protracted after the justification for Legal Challenges was accepted despite the unlawful nature of companies hiding payments from credit consumers which had the effect of inflating repayments.
Despite the above, I am grateful to The Claims Guys for their consistent and thorough updating of the issues and progress towards settlement.
The FCA’s late decision to advertise its preparedness to assist claimants some years later to ensure for successful claimants a nil commission settlement is unhelpful, more especially given the lack of direct communication with claimants.

You know , I have heard for over a year. Every day I receive calls from companies claiming to represent me. It's been over a year now. Not sure this is real.

All going along fine even if it is a slow process EXCEPT

you continually keep asking for an online signature and i have repeatedly told you that i can't create one on-screen. A photo I could manage but not a realistic scrawl on a screen. It is beginning to really annoy me now.

It taken a long time to sort out but I understand why because legal process

I'm finding this very frustrating, I hear the same thing over and over again ,I've told them the information they need loads of times and I just feel I'm no further forward , I thought this should be over and done with and sorted out by now .. I have signed the same thing over and over again ... so I it's 1 star from me , not good .so I'm hoping things will move on ..
