This company is disgusting surely they should know if another company is representing someone. They are not reputable and this is a complete rip off.

I had mistakenly instructed 2 firms. These were the second so they should have refused the i struction.
they wont back down.

I have the Solicitors Regulatory Association ( SRA) looking into it.

i urge you all to contact SRA and raise complaints

Received invoice due to me not replying to previous message. I have been in constant contact with no responses. Turns on me agreeing for them to chase one Finance House and Law Plus processing claims with others that I did not agree to. Hence me not replying to approve their action.
I have no problem them proceeding with what I agreed. Wont sign to agree by default as have already instructed others.
Again, zero communication to discuss, just push mails ad now threatening whatsap message saying they will take further recovery action.

UPDATE - Lawplus has now replied to accept receipt of my complaint and while investigating has put a hold on chasing payment of their invoice.
I now have the name of their complaints manager with whom I can expect further contact.

Never heard of this company and are now emailing for £420 cancellation fee, after reading all the reviews on them I’m not paying it’s a total scam, I have had a look and their website and where it says meet the team, if you look all the staff up including directors there is nothing about them and pictures aswell. I have put 4 of they pictures into google ai and it came back and said this is a filmnet photo looks like an actor and said used on websites such as Lawplus Solicitors. I have went to citizens advice and they have told me do not pay ask for signed copy of contract which I did and they have sent me document that I apparently signed yesterday, obviously I didn’t sign and she thought it sounded strange that every email they are not putting their name at the start and end which a lawyer should always do.company is ready to go bust so looking for quick money.

They sent an invoice requesting payment claiming that there were multiple legal firm processing my PCP, my question here NO payout or conclusion of settlement or judgement has been passed on the matter. How than are people legally binding to payout for invoices without an outcome. The only plausible explanation is to discourage continuity of ones claims against the financial institutions

3 Years ago I apparently contacted them to help with a pcp claim. Never contacted anyone regarding this… In 3 years have heard nothing apart from an email a month ago saying I have 14 days to tell other pcp claim solicitors to cancel with them as they are to be the sole solicitors, I ignored the email then got a email saying Iv cancelled and owe them £420!! Never signed up, never cancelled. I get about 10 calls a day about pcp that iv apparently signed up with them! Iv emailed them and tried to call but no response. Being threatened with being taken to court. Good hope they do!! Have proof had no correspondence with them for 3 years according to my email trace!!

They cancelled my claim and tried to change me £420 it seems they are not interested in making genuine claims.

I have randomly recieved an email asking me for 420£ but doesnt explain what for? I have emailed asking me to show break down of what work they have carried out and what the charges are for and also for them to show where i agreed to pay the amount? Looks like other ppl are having same issue.. is this a scam?

Been sent email for£420 for a cancellation which I haven't done but after reading all reviews on here this sounds very much like a scam hope I'm not wrong

£420 but refuse to send me any work done until I pay the £420. How is this company allowed to be a law firm? Avoid I’ve written to Martin Lewis and told the company if they don’t send me all the details I will be contacting the legal ombudsman. I suggest we all contact them.

They are horrid company cancelled them tried to ring didnt take calls sent endlass texts emails now they have sent me one after all this time i owe the magic total £420 which appears to be the total of all reviews

If anyone having problems with LAWPLUS regarding cancellation of a pcp policy, ive reported them the legal ombudsman.

Reading all the reviews I have had the same invoice yesterday, sent regarding same charges of £420, you are unable to contact them at all. And emails just bounce back. Can I ask how people are dealing with this, as I thought it was a scam, so I've not responded until this invoice. has anyone actually paid the invoice? Has anyone seeked advice on how to move forward. I'm honest really concerned as I don't want the invoice to increase and then I end up going to court to pay thousands of pounds. That I haven't got!..I've just brought a house and I don't want this going against my credit score either, feeling absolutely gutted. 🥺

Absolutely disgusting company; stay well away from them. Had one phone call years ago. When I told them I already had a claim with a company, they said it was them I had already signed up with, which was a lie. It wasn't much of a call, as I said i was busy, and I never received another phone call. Today I have got an invoice for £420. HUGE SCAM

Absolutely dreadful company bulling tactics chaining I’ve cancelled an agreement trying to charge me £420 When asked for documents to prove what they have done they don’t reply. Just keep sending me invoices. Stay VERY clear from these cowboys

A absolute shocking company. Please do not use them. Like all other comments on here with the £420. Do not sign up for pcp claims with them they will not pay out anything and make you believe you have cancelled your policy with them. They are scammers please stay clear.

They say I’ve cancelled and have been hounding me for £420 and have now threatened court. To be honest they didn’t do anything for me, now I’m worried sick about court. I’m 65 and have health issues, I can’t afford to pay this bill they keep sending me. Can anyone help please.

Scammers like trying to get me to pay £420 .will not be paying o.a.p.

I just wondering if anyone has paid the there so called fee ,had them saying the same as the other people I allegedly cancelled I asked twice for evidence but no reply I asked to drop the fee as I am a OAP 73 year old with numerous medical conditions one of which is active cancer I have to send proof of the conditions all I have is my pension I am trying like loads of people to get some compensation so I can have a bit better life but they don't answer emails I am just wondering if anyone has paid I cannot afford it like most folks
