I could not ask for any other support. CRS Solicitors have been very helpful and supportive and still continue to do so. Customer services are excellent with a soft gentle voice and attitude.

DODGY PCP FORGED SIGNED CONTRACTS
Many of these reviews must also be FAKE and even though Consumer Finance Solicitors are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) under SRA They are liars along with the other Solicitors firms of My Car Claim (connected to Consumer Finance Law but send independent emails which I suppose is to double their chances!!) and Complex Law. They have all blatantly used my online data from a generic questionnaire I completed with details of past car finance just as the government announced this (as you would to secure car insurance quotes) and created a FAKE signature for me on their contracts saying I signed them!! I never did and have solicitors with whom I spoke with at the time so I’m 100% but I can see how easily this trap could work…they are doing this illegally but no ombudsman gives a dam. Just dont pay any cancellation fees as there is NOTHING they can do.
Check your facts on AI as clearly can’t trust solicitors in UK anymore plus its free.
They are also acting illegally as they don’t include any unsubscribe option on their emails.
They lied you didn’t sign their contract so ignore them. I now have to wait 8 weeks for a decision that if I don’t agree with they’ve suggested the Financial Ombudsman with whom I spoke today and apparently that’s nothing to do with them!! The lack of safeguarding in place for general

Total waste of time, they only deal with financial crime like crypto and over payments or something but the name of the company is consumer rights and their website says they cover other areas of law, I personally thinks it is a little misleading as there is a lot more to consider Law then financial crime, there is all manner of consumer products and services.

After speaking to Josie on the phone today, I was pleased I chose Consumer Rights Solicitors to take on my case. She was efficient and professional with great people skills. Thank you Josie.
