I paid extra for next day delivery. I expected my order to arrive as expected but it took almost 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive. also, when it finally turned up, it was not the product I ordered! So disappointing! I would never buy from them again!

Took so much to arrive without any communication

I had a bad experience due to a courier taking my order to the wrong address, TBC team at that time didn’t help. Well they now have a Jeany. They sell my granddaughters favourite prosecco and. I couldn’t get it from anywhere else so I had to go back to TBC ( things you do for family) I was lucky enough to have this very lovely member called Jeany who went above and beyond. This lady is amazing she really gives excellent customer support . Every business needs a Jeany. She is a treasure. Thank you so much for helping me, following thru and being an absolute ⭐ xx

A very good reasonably price company, delivery fast and efficient, I have used them 3/4 times and will continue to do so.

First time ordering, but at checkout my Apple Pay changed my delivery option But Fantastic customer service answered my email extremely fast & let me upgrade my delivery for next day.
Great packaging & delivery

This company is an absolute joke. I placed an order on March 15 via TikTok Shop, and since then, I’ve had nothing but lies, delays, and zero accountability. Their chosen courier, Evri, failed to collect my package three times, yet instead of actually fixing the issue, they just kept feeding me the same useless copy-paste responses.

Their customer service is beyond useless—they acknowledge their mistakes but do absolutely nothing to resolve them. They even claimed to be looking into an alternative shipping method but never followed through. When I pushed for a resolution, they just stopped responding properly and kept blaming TikTok, despite the fact that my order was packed and ready to ship.

And the final insult? After weeks of back-and-forth, TikTok canceled my order entirely—meaning I wasted my time dealing with this incompetent company for nothing. Not even an apology, not even an offer to make things right. Just excuses and complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

This company does not care about its customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid them entirely.

My order of 12 bottles of galliano vanilla liqueur was supplied correctly within 4 days of purchase.
The company proved to be honest and efficient. I am very satisfied.

Bottles arrived late and broken. They customer service was awful taking zero responsibility and they were very chippy on the phone. Do not use

This is my go to for all my little drinks for occations and parties ... and Me ! excellent service. Have never had a problem they are efficiant and all orders have been bang on correct.

delivery quick for first order, but when ordering more wine, even though their website says £5.99 delivery for orders over 3kg, they wanted to charge £19.99. I questioned this, they said it was a heavy, but £19.99 is for orders over 30kg and mine was 28.8kg, bit of a con tbh.

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered on the Thursday for a delivery on the Saturday (2 weeks ago). The order never came and I chased it and got a long winded list of excuses on email. So I gave them another chance. It arrived another day later on the Tuesday but only 1 box out of 5 arrived. I was told to wait at home for another 2 hours while they went to the warehouse and got the other 4 boxes!!! I was furious and said you need to refund the delivery charges at least for such terrible service and making me wait at home. I was told tough luck. On top of all this, they were incredibly rude. 5 of the bottles arrived were broken. Thye charged me £40 for delivery!!! The water doesn't even taste that good. There are so many companies on offer like Harrogate (They had run out) you have been warned, these guys are terrible at what they do. Be warned

Bottles delivered without fuss, on time and extremely well packaged. Price was extremely competitive too. Will certainly use The Bottle Club in future. Highly recommended.

I ordered a gift for my boyfriend, unfortunately DPD have messed around with the delivery and it’s not arrived. I contacted customer support and Iv recieved 5* customer service from Jeany.

Apparently my address wasn't the full address according to royal mail tried emailing and calling the bottleclub no response and no idea whats happening am I getting a redelivery or refund

Received delivery confirmation of my order but the image was not my property. It was left outside a house I did not recognise which I was shocked by because the tracking did state delivery needs to be handed to the recipient due to the contents.
Investigation was raised with DPD and it was confirmed that there was an issue and a replacement would be provided.
I am now being ignored by email and Instagram!
