No customer service whatsoever after writing several emails and trying to contact via phone but never gets answered or can't leave any messages. They used to be ok, as received the delivery but not this time. I have no way of contacting them for a refund, so I gues I wasted my£60 on the order!

Scammers ignore emails and don't process refunds.

Terrible company.

Ordered 4 bottles of Invivo X Sauvignonvi had discovered on holiday and 3 of then turned up leaking and half empty.

I spent a day trying to call them but no one answered so eventually I sent them an email explaining what had happened and attaching photos to demonstrate.

Annoyingly a whole week had now passed done then and they still haven’t even acknowledged me.

If I could give this place no stars I would.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE poor to no service, cannot get through by email, telephone or their website, impossible to get a response. Monies taken 7/7/25 and I am yet to receive my order. House number didn’t show on their order, Royal Mail returned the parcel to the bottle club and they are stating I have received my parcel Insane

Terrible company. Ordered drinks and expected delivery within 5 working days. I reached out after 7 working days only to be told they were “out of stock” with what I ordered and I had no drinks for my party. Will NEVER EVER EVER order here again and I recommend EVERYONE does the same. TERRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

we ordered and received 4 Mini-Kegs of Budvar.
Unfortunately they were beyond their "best before" date when they arrived.
I understand things can go wrong but after repeated emails and phone messages (no one ever answers the phone) they clearly have no customer Service. All I can do is throw these away and never order from this company again - Beware!

can't reach them out. Phone not answering,chat waiting time 1h diddnt reach them. Send 10 gmails not answering. Now trying to get back refund.

Ordered a crate (24 bottles, 330ML each) of Tiger Beer. Not only was it considerably more costly than it use to be, but they also wrapped each bottle in some type of plastic bubble wrap in a huge box! Talk about an plastic Eco disaster in the making!

I now have to store the whole box and beer seperately from everything else. These lads so panic struck a bottle may break, they protecting themselves to the nth degree! Not giving a single thought to the inconvenience to the customer.

Never again thru this company.

Stay away!!!! order not sent no answer to emails …. making a claim with clear pay , I’m not paying for an order I have not received .. Absolute joke of a company

Avoid like the proverbial plague. 'Next Day Delivery' is a complete joke and don't expect any customer support from a human being. App deleted.

Made an order few days ago ive emailed them 6 times to ask when i should expect delivery,not one response back from them, their customer service is rubbish,i wont be ordering from them again

Tempted in by prices advertised but - Avoid - bottles arrived smashed by DPD, absolutely no customer care, telephone rings out and hangs up, no 'chat' response and emails go unanswered.
Took my money though!

Shameful company, sent bottles with other labels over originals, loose, bubbling not legit. Customer service is atrocious, took 40 emails just to get case of £160 wine returned! I’m not hopeful for a refund. Tried to phone, rude non existent customer service, lazy, uninterested. No call backs. No refund! Shocking they have’nt been reported to trading standards!

Two stars as it took one month to arrive, with wrong delivery info along the way. Finally turned up, well packed at least.

Ordered cans of energy drink from here. The ordering process was easy enough and the product was delivered 3 days later, with email updates on dispatch and when out for delivery. Didn't experience any of the horror stories of other reviewers, though I appreciate tin cans are more sturdy than glass bottles when in transit. Very reasonable price too, cheaper than anywhere else I could find.

Only downside is that the BBE date was a little over a month later, with no notification of this on the product page on the website. Due to the price, I was half expecting this and took the chance, though clarification of this before purchase would have been nice.

Terrible company - strongly advise people not to use them. Lost deliveries and no help

AWFUL SERVICE. AVOID!!
Bought my mother 6 bottles of wine as a present. Box was damaged and leaking wine so courier didn’t deliver. (And missed the significant date I paid for)
Courier notifies bottle club who tells them to deliver anyway.
2 bottles smashed to bits and the other 4 covered in wine and glass. Mother cuts hand opening it.
Customer service lied about what happened, didn’t replace one stating it was out of stock (it wasn’t) and then wanted £2 pound to replace one as I had to choose a replacement that was a little more expensive. (They wouldn’t cover this) and by now it’s nearly 3 weeks down the track.
The managers response was worse than the girl who took no responsibility for any of it.
AVOID. Worst service I have ever experienced

Great company. Needed two miniature bottle of vodka for decoration on a cake I'm baking. Great service, reasonable prices and speedy delivery would definitely recommend.

For buying drinks online probably one of the best places however if u order at peak times of the year you could potentially be waiting a long time think one of my orders took around 3 weeks
