I placed a order on the 27 nov and for 3 bottles of whine and after numerous emails I still don’t have my whine on even a date for delivery I will not be using bottle club sgain

Wish I had looked at these reviews before I ordered. Missing item, pretty much called a liar and they refused to acknowledge that they could be at fault. Would never order again

Always received items well packaged and a good price, many different bottles to choose from.

Ordered a bourbon liqueur on the 18th November and still not received it. If I had known the poor delivery time. I would have not bothered and gone elsewhere.

Don't order of the bottle club.received my order.bottles missing.contacted customer service.they were useless.never order again of them.

Evil, scamming company. Sent me the wrong item which I returned only to be refused a refund. I am £130 out of pocket and having to fight tooth and nail to get it back

Bought a Glen Grant 18. Was advertised as being the rarer Edition 1 bottling. And was priced accordingly. What showed up was the newer bottling. Annoyed, as i could have got the new bottles from anywhere....and cheaper. I will still drink the whiskey as i love Glen Grant, but i wanted what was advertised! Also, shipping is a con. They have a green countdown clock when you order saying "order now foe delivery tomorrow", ignore that, its just a ploy. Shipping took 1 week.

Good prices but delivery takes so long. Now found a quicker supplier. When you pay for next day delivery you expect it next day.

I used these a while back for homemade Christmas place settings which I included a little miniature spirit in.
I made 30 altogether using various types with some being on a special price for a set amount so it worked out fairly reasonably priced overall.

I ordered an expensive bottle of champagne, I did go on line to order next day web site.
It arrived 6 days late. Really disappointing!!
Customer service was not helpful at all.
Will not order from them again.

During my study abroad year I was introduced to this wonderful, life changing and inspiring drink called Twisted Tea. Ever since I’ve returned the devastation of the product not being available here was immense…until now. THANK YOU to The Bottle Club for allowing us to experience this amazing product. Delivery was prompt and items were well packaged. Only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the astonishingly high shipping to NI, and the fact they only have original. But will I buy again, probably.

Company delivered late and ignored all my emails. Well packed when it did arrive.

Terrible I ordered a 70cl bottle of whisky I’ve received a 5cl!!!!! And now are ignoring emails and phone calls stay Away

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life, made an order which I didnt recieve because the courier kept the package at the depot despite several calls to initiate the delviery, after waiting almost 3 weeks with no attempt of delivery i requested a refund, the bottle club did not refund me the full amount I paid as they said I cancelled whilst the order was in transit which was no fault of my own as the courier did not attempt to deliver the parcel. Would never recommend this company to anyone

After ordering, I came across some of the negative reviews - stating the company are impossible to contact and don’t reply, however this was the complete opposite to my experience.
After reading some of the reviews and my order showing as pending, I started to worry a little, so I messaged the company through Facebook. I got a timely reply, which answered my questions and put my mind at rest.
I received my dispatch notice and my order arrived very quickly.
Really well packaged and exactly what I ordered.
Overall, my experience was a really good one, my communication with the company was really good and friendly and I would absolutely recommend this company. Thank you!

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They never answer their phone and their email responses lack any real solutions. I cancelled my order and followed up with an email, but now DPD has sent me a notification that the order is being shipped. If you think you can go ahead with this despite my cancellation, think again. You'll just end up losing more customers and receiving negative reviews everywhere for your unprofessionalism and appalling customer service.

Stay well clear of this company as they do not give a sh_te about yourself and nor do they believe in customer service. I placed my order on the 20th June and little did i know it would take over 30 phone calls and not one reply because mail box is always full, a live chat that no-one answers and constant e-mails again no reply back.
I noticed on the 21st June that my order had been sent for myself to collect in Kent at a local post office even though i paid for p+p and i live 628 miles away in Scotland, after not one reply from the bottle club i had to contact the millennium warehouse, the post office and then dpd just to get my order sent back to themselfs and then sent to myself, order finally arrived 14 days late.
I would rather go teetotal than place another order from these useless sods.
