6 1.5 litre bottles all arrived smashed. Took a photo of the smashed bottles before disposing of the box and bottles. Sent the picture and was told I’d need further proof? A returns label that was in the box and would have been ruined. Everything went in the bin after I took the picture who is all seriousness is leaving 6 broken bottles and a soaking wet box hanging around there house? Disgrace of a company and will never use again

Very poor service and communication. I paid extra for The Bottle Club’s 3–5 day delivery window, which they completely failed to meet. After receiving no delivery notification, I emailed multiple times to chase the order, only to be told they had “given it to Evri” — despite Evri not even receiving the parcel for several days afterward.
When it was obvious the delivery was lost or delayed, The Bottle Club refused to recall it or send a replacement, leaving me stuck with no solution. Their lack of ownership and unwillingness to resolve the issue was extremely frustrating.
As a result, the order didn’t arrive in time for my ski trip, which was the entire reason for ordering when I did. To make matters worse, when the parcel eventually arrived well outside the delivery window, it was poorly packaged.
Paying for expedited delivery and receiving this level of service is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again and would caution others not to rely on their delivery promises.

This is a SCAM company. They send unsolicited emails and provide no option to unsubscribe. I do not even have an account with this company and yet they still sent me a marketing email.
However, they provide no link to unsubscribe or even a contact email on their website to request they remove me from the marketing list, even though this is a UK legal requirement.
I had to search off site to find a contact email and sent a request for them to remove me from their mailing list, however, my email was bounced back despite the fact they'd sent the initial email to the SAME email address they bounced back.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I bought a baubles kit from The Bottle Club along with 6 miniatures.

First off, 24-hour delivery via DPD to a parcel shop was offered (and what I chose). Apparently this type of parcel is not acceptable to be delivered to parcel shops, so 24-hour delivery took 3 days and had to be delivered to my house. Annoying but I took it as an honest miscommunication.

Upon receiving the package, I opened it to find my miniatures in a box with red ribbon around their necks, no clear baubles at all.

When I emailed to complain, as this is not how the baubles kit is advertised, they replied:

"The “baubles kit” refers to the service of creating the baubles and the presentation box, using the miniatures you selected, rather than separate empty clear ornaments being supplied on their own."

They followed up with "Because of this, the bauble service itself is not refundable unless all of the miniatures are returned to us together with the kit."

They claim it is a misunderstanding - not sure how billing a kit as "each bauble is handmade and comes ready to hang, featuring your chosen miniature beautifully displayed inside a clear ornament" is unclear!

Unbelievable. Was offered a discount code to say "sorry" - but only if I spend over £30. What a joke.

My item was due for delivery on 23 December, however the order status had not been updated since 19 December, where it was marked as “unfulfilled.” No communication was provided during this time.

I sent three emails with no response. Shortly after emailing, the order status changed to “preparing to send,” but my messages were still not acknowledged.

I then waited 30 minutes in an online chat before being told the item had been sent via a guaranteed delivery service, though delivery is not guaranteed for the following day. The agent could not explain why the item had not been dispatched earlier and then stopped responding.

Multiple follow-up messages via chat and Instagram have also gone unanswered. The lack of communication and poor customer service are extremely disappointing.

Absolutely disgusting customer service item ordered took over a week to ship, called to get update said it would be shipped that day asked to pay for NDD they said they would do it free of charge still waiting 3 days later item now saying will be with me in another day called company again just to be lied to again AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Awful - delivery goes missing tell you the courier is investigating it for 3 weeks then stop replying to emails!

Was going to order some water from these but the shipping amount is beyond a joke so the water is cheap for glass bottled but the charge for delivery is way to much money witch is a joke

States next day delivery but after 6 days items have still not left the warehouse. No response to phone messages or emails.

Super slow to dispatch and deliver. Customer service is useless and just keep repeating themselves without giving a proper answer.

I've had a terrible experience with this company. I paid for speedy delivery and it took well over a week, and then the parcel itself was damaged. The response I received was so rude and accusatory, I've never known customer service so bad.

Awful customer service. Ive been ordering from them for a while, I received a bottle that was broken, clearly damaged in transit, I had photo evidence of the box etc upon arrival. They refused to issue replacement, implied I had damaged it myself. Will never order from again.

Great choice, super prices, but Oh So Slow to despatch and deliver. Do NOT order if you need goods in a timely manner. I ordered on 25th Nov, Evri received the parcel on 5th DEC, but only after multiple emails and messages from me to TBC. Eventually delivered after an Evri delay on 9th Dec. Not the best customer experience I have to say.

Web site states 3-5 days delivery. Took 2 weeks without any delay correspondence from seller. Would not use again.

Ordered a syrup from them, was concerned when it wasn't dispatched for a few days but then was sent using a 24hr service so arrived when I needed it fortunately. Then discovered that it's so short-dated that it expires before the recommended usage time. Got in touch with them, they offered me a 5% refund to make up for it...

SCAM COMPANY DO NOT ORDER!

Placed an order which should've arrived within in a week, wasnt dispatched until I tried to cancel nearly 2 weeks later. Delivery then still didnt turn up after a week and when I completed a chargeback through my bank, magically they said it had been delivered when it clearly hadn't.

I WOULD DEFINITELY DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY 10 DAYS FOR A DELIVERY AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS I DEFINITELY DEFINITELY WON'T SHOP AT THIS COMPANY AGAIN PROPER TAKE THE PISS OUT THERE CUSTOMERS

I just want to say a massive thank you to Jeany at The Bottle Club, I have been messed around by DPD a pure vendetta because a compliant was made about a deliberate none delivery. Anyway over the space of 5 days 8 business hours lost (long story) but the more DPD did to mess me around the more angry I got and took it out on The Bottle Club which is unacceptable so this is an apology as well as a review, I received a phone call this morning apologising when in all reality they had nothing to apologise for, this just goes to show how much effect useless and vindictive couriers can have on someone's business. anyway first class service from The Bottle Club

I wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering!! I paid £7.99 for DPD Service Point “next day” delivery. Surprise, surprise, my item did not arrive next day and is still nowhere to be seen. I contacted the bottle club only for them to fob me off and blame the courier!! No surprise that they take no accountability. They’re clearly the cause of the delays and have no concern for the customer. Happy to take your money and then leave you in the lurch!! I need my items for a party on Friday so looks like I’ll be out of pocket and having to order elsewhere. Do yourself a favour and don’t order from these scam artists.
