I went to place an order and everything was fine until I got to the checkout and delivery to NI is £19.99!!! Northern Ireland is part of the UK so how can it cost £20 to post it??

I have given two stars because it has taken two months to receive my order. I was told variously that my order had been delivered to someone else in my street, then I was told it had been delivered to my house number, but to an address half a mile away. It appears the driver may have helped himself because the delivery sheet had been signed. Today I actually received my order, it was VERY well packed and was brought to the door by two men, I guess, just to make sure!! I am eventually a happy customer, thenk you.

Gave me a remy Martin vsop that expired on 2023/12/07 it’s 2025. They will sell you expired drinks at normal prices

They advertise that they have 'late night customer support' on their homepage. However, I wouldn't expect a reply for 1-2 working days. It's taken over a month to get a refund back from them for a parcel that was stolen because Royal Mail didn't deliver it correctly.

Pricing is okay. Bought some miniatures as stocking fillers, incorrect bottle sent and when I queried this I got an automated reply about shipping information. Bit frustrating and probably wouldn't use again, not enough of an issue to viciously pursue (obviously).

Very poor after sales service following wrong delivery and unable to contact The Bottle Club. Phone number given on website is never answered and emails not replied to. Will not be ordering again. If they get the order wrong and deliver the wrong items customer service is extremely poor in rectifying the issue. There is no response.

Wrong address from them does not exist returned twice finally revised after 8 emails, obody answering phone and still owe me 12.99

Excellent fast delivery great quality and good value for money well impressed. Shall definitely be ordering again.

Quick delivery and quality goods

I am happy with the service, the quality of the goods are second to none, & it was delivered with care & the driver was very helpful & polite.

Wow, I've never received such a well packaged item. I was concerned more about the tin being dented that the bottle was in but I was pleasantly surprised by the bubble wrap bag, haven't seen that type of packaging before. I'll definitely be ordering more now I know how secure the items are. Go to the top of the class!!!

Received swiftly (Mandrin Absolut Vodka) after ordering, after first order had been sent with a different flavoured bottle of Absolut Vodka (Mango) had been sent in place of Mandrin in time for Christmas (a mistake or a substitute). If it was a substitution the first I knew about it was when it was opened on Christmas Day (it was a gift). So I re-ordered the Mandrin and that will be a January birthday gift for the same person. The Mandrin does seem hard to get hold of.

Found just what I was looking for at a good price, and delivery was quick.
