I’ve been a member for some years and have reached my mid-eighties.
Needless to say, age brings health flaws and it is so very reassuring that The Exeter is always behind me.
6 years of (managed) cancer was less problematical because of Joanne Smith, an Exeter person designated to keep in touch with me. I valued her presence.

I came to the Exeter from a previous insurer with pre existing conditions, however a consultant wrote that he wanted to test me for something he said was different. The Exeter said that it wasn't different, so I had to pay for the test myself.

I was on hold for over 15.i ages trying to get through but when I eventually did I was very happy with the prompt service .
The waiting time was 15minjtes before I spoke with a member of staff .
When I eventually got through I was sorted quickly .
