Total scam!!!!! Avoid!!!! Trying to get my money back through their bank, how they can still be trading is unbelievable?????

This is a scam......took my money and have had no response to endless mails over six months.

Ordered a woman's 3-piece suit on 22 April 2022. £240 taken on the same day and I received a receipt and an automated e-mail to say that my order had been received and was being processed. I have still not received my suit. I have sent multiple emails and messages but not had one response from them to date. Beware of this company. I wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before placing an order.

Ordered a custom suit order completed on day 25, delivered 4 days later, fits perfectly, very pleased.

Ordered 2 suits for my wedding. When they arrived one was clearly the wrong size and showed signs of having been previously altered amateurishly. The overall quality of the suits was also not what you'd expect for £200 a suit. But the real problem has been trying to return them and get my money back. Their returns page just goes on about when you buy through amazon which I did not do. A month later and countless emails I have not had one reply. Reporting them to trading standards, bunch of crooks

Shocking service, no customer service skills and still no suit! I have sent several emails asking for a refund as my order never arrived and now it's not needed. They were quick enough to take my money... shocking company

Lying cheating scum scammers took my money no suit

I ordered this suit for my daughter before reading the poor trustpilot reviews. I was very anxious that the suit would not arrive/ have problems etc. The suit arrived within 25 days as promised. It seems excellent quality and fitted well. There was a free tie clip and a hand written post card from Rich. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Communication is really poor, tried phoning, number disconnected. However, got an email from them and DHL saying my suit will be delivered (couple of weeks late). Received the suit, good quality and look met the picture on web site. Not sure l would use them again due to comms but can’t criticise quality of suit.

Warning, communication is not this companies strong point. I would also ask you to check your measurements 2 or 3 times and ensure they are in the correct format (inches or cm). As other users have reported incorrectly sized stuff...

However I received a perfectly tailored suit with a letter of apology for lateness. I provided my measurements in inches, and all I can say is that the suit that arrived was perfect.

My only criticism is the amount of unanswered emails, I know some businesses are strained due to Covid, but putting an anxious customers mind at rest by answering the odd email would do your business wonders.

Lying, robbing thieves. They are a scam. Do not use this company.

I am an elderly stage 4 cancer patient, in remission but too ill to go out shopping. I ordered a waistcoat online from these evil people. It cost £89. It was for my husband's Christmas. Six weeks, no waistcoat, no response to e.mail, no response to telephone calls. Now I have to get Amazon pay to get my money back and give my husband a gift card instead. I should have checked Trustpilot first but I get tired sometimes and hope that I can trust a UK company.

Same as many others. Took my money, however did not reply to any e-mails and jacket never arrived. Refund managed through PayPal. Time wasting experience - avoid.

Well everyone I though that, despite the at best mixed reviews, I'd give this lot a chance. After all what could go wrong😉. Ordering process was simple, measuring process simple, paying process far too simple.. What could go wrong...... Well nothing I thought as the suit turned up on time, beautifully presented with a gift of a pocket watch a tie clip a charming photo of the owner as a boy and a random car magazine. At this point I'm thinking I'm onto a winner....... Well, the trousers fitted my ample waist but were the length of a pair of plus 4s...smile starting to fade slowly. On went the waistcoat, well some of it did at least..... It wouldn't have fitted a friends 10 year old boy f f s. So to the final piece of the 3 piece puzzle... The jacket lapels didn't even cover the n1pples on my 50" chest....
So began the process of trying to contact the supplier.... I'm still waiting.......and don't expect to receive a Christmas Card let alone a reply in my favour.
Having given the company a fair chance I have to put my hand up and say I have been well and truly sha*fted. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BE AS TRUSTING AS ME. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Appalling. They paid no attention to the measurements I sent them, and sent what appears to be a child's suit. They refuse to answer mails, so I'm out a tidy sum. Avoid like the plague.

As the other reviews state below, I am in exactly the same position where money has been taken but I cannot get hold of the company. I eventually got through to the address the company is supposedly registered at.....surprise surprise it's never been registered at the address! SCAM!

They have taken my money and not shipped the item. Seeking help through paypal.

Its a scam website, they will not deliver your purchase. Thankfully after Paypal got involved, I got all my money back

Do not buy anything. Useless. Got no jacket, no response to email or phone and took the money straight away. Had to get refund from PayPal and still have had no apology. Awful
