I ordered way back in January I hadn't heard anything by end of Feb I did the same as the other reviews tried to contact emails bouncing back I went to reclaim from PayPal and found a number I rang and a lovely gentleman answered called richard everything was dealt with over the phone there had been an issue with pp but rich resolved it everything turned up lovely condition and rich even included tie pins i ordered a few more bits and again problems with pp that were not resolved but again everything turned up and again the tie pins so all in all very goid clothes not great at communication id say if you are struggling to contact rich fine the number on PayPal he answered straight away .

The company is a scam and the owner Rich an outright liar. After taking my money there was no contact. Website details don't work . Phone number is fake and email address bounces back. I managed to get a mobile number from pay pal. This was finally answered by said owner who promised delivery in 3 occasions but nothing arrived. I started a claim via PayPal and was given a full refund . Please please avoid this place there is nothing real about it.

The positive reviews are all fake.

I ordered a 3 piece suit on the 18th of April 2026 no suit no update no nothing can't email, phone number doesn't exist what a scam do not buy anything from their online site our trading standards in this country must be the worst in the world to allow this company to exist

I purchased a 3 piece suit for my wedding through this sham of a company in April. I paid an additional £50 for 14 day shipping, and it's still not arrived (30 days since making the payment). I reached out to Richard; the director of the company, asking for an update but he's now blocked me on all methods of communication (Email, WhatsApp & Phone).

The lack of communication coupled with the multiple reviews giving similar experiences, tells me that he clearly has no intention of fulfilling the order.

I can only assume that the positive reviews are fake, or paid for. I've contacted the bank and Action Fraud. I will not be letting this go.

I purchased a suit from this company for a wedding in June, and it hasn’t arrived. I have tried contacting the seller, but both the email address and phone number are no longer valid.

Would strongly advise others to stay away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is a scam, we spent £300.00 on a suit which never arrived and when we tried to contact the seller, we found that the number and email had been disconnected. Please save yourselves the stress and do not trust them.

I found this company by chance whilst searching for a tweed suit. So glad I did. I opted for a made to measure suit as it seemed incredible value for money. The sizing guide on the website was clear and easy to follow. I placed my order and my new suit arrived within 3 weeks. It’s beautifully made and fits perfectly. Would highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a tweed suit; I’m sure I’ll be ordering another soon.

I guess I have to give one star, but the experience was not even worth that. Ordered a blue three-piece for my daughter: Got only a jacket, wrong colour, wrong size and it was from China. So much for the "British" eh?

So ended up buying two, 3-piece suits from this company for a friend’s wedding. One was black and another grey. Wow they did not fail to impress! The amount of attention I got was ridiculous!

The suits are high quality and the tailored fit meant that they were really comfortable. I didn’t expect to feel that good in them.

The number of comments I got at the wedding and other times I’ve worn them at events made me feel like a king.

The suits are well cut, clean, well-fitted, really good looking and you feel super sharp in them.

I bought them for a wedding but these can easily be worn to other dressy events and even to work.

I’m trying to find more reasons to wear them!

The suits that we had for our wedding were incredible. They looked so smart and not a bad price for the quality.
Customer service was brilliant as well. When we ordered the suits we ordered one with a different type of waistcoat, when they arrived they were all the same, but after a conversation with Rik (and the response was quick) a new waistcoat was sent over with no additional charge to us. Can’t fault this business at all and would recommend to everyone.

I purchased a tweed 3-piece suit from That British Tweed Company and had an excellent experience. Initially, I was hesitant to order due to some negative reviews the company received during the COVID lockdown period. However, I decided to give Rich a chance, and I’m so glad I did.

From my first contact with Rich on WhatsApp, he was incredibly professional and accommodating. I needed the suit for my brother’s wedding, and Rich assured me it would be ready on time. True to his word, about two weeks later, Rich informed me that the suit was ready and arranged for next-day delivery.

When the suit arrived, I was absolutely amazed! The quality was exceptional, and the sizing was spot-on, even though I didn’t opt for made-to-measure. To my surprise, the package also included a few thoughtful extras, such as a pocket watch, bow ties, and ties, which made the purchase feel even more special—like an early Christmas gift!

On the wedding day, I couldn’t stop receiving compliments about how sharp and well-dressed I looked (sorry, groom!). The suit truly stood out, and I’ve been recommending Rich to everyone since.

For anyone hesitant due to the bad reviews on TrustPilot, I urge you to reconsider. Rich shared with me that during the lockdown, his mental and physical health suffered, and running a small business on his own led to some negative feedback. He’s now working hard to rebuild both his life and business.

The only feedback I would give for Rich even though from what I understand is that he is a 1 man band at the moment is getting a reply back to messages can a take a while so please just be patient.

I want to extend a massive thank you to Rich and his team for delivering such a high-quality suit and for making my day so special. I have another wedding to attend soon so will most likely be buying a second piece 🤗

Trying to contact for a second suit purchase however I am getting no response at all not sure what is happening, if you see this please reply would love order another suit for an upcoming wedding 🙏😭

Hopefully, this review will help increase the rating for Rich and this fantastic company. I placed an order for a waistcoat for my dad's funeral with about 10 days' notice not realising the time frame for delivery was 25-30 days. Having sent a message asking if it was possible to expedite the order quicker Rich couldn't have been more helpful. I was told the fabric was due to arrive the day after I messaged and that they would do everything possible to get it to me before the 17th April. Well today being the 15th of april the waistcoat has arrived with the help of Rich being generous enough to add it before 1 pm delivery I couldn't be more thankful.The quality of the waistcoat is fantastic and the fit is perfect.
I wouldn't hesitate to order from that British tweed company again you guys have been amazing in helping me pay a small tribute to my dad. Hopefully, this review goes in some way to help reverse the previous negative reviews you guys have been given.

I ordered a blue herringbone three piece suit from Rich and it is beautiful! The quality on the material is amazing and it is beautifully put together. I didn’t do the made to measure option, I went for standard size 10 which I knew wouldn’t fit perfectly but that was fine with me. At the two week mark I messaged through WhatsApp to check on the progress of the suit and received a message explaining that the finishing touches were being made and the suit would be on its way the next day, to which I received a photo of the suit in a box ready to be sent off, Rich was very polite and extremely willing to help if I needed it. I will 100% be recommending their service to others and also use it again myself in the future. I can’t thank Rich enough for the beautiful suit for my brothers wedding

COMPANY was dissolved 28th February 2023 has i have
only recently found out. I ordered goods from them on the
1st November 2023 i was asked to do a BACS transfer to their bank account like a fool i did this, nothing arrived so I tried e-mails and then the telephone which was disconnected after finding they have been dissolved i have informed ACTION/ FRAUD and others of this I cannot believe that they are still allowed to advertise on the WEB. I only wish I had read your reviews first.

Ordered suit for my wedding from them. It was never received. Reached out multiple times and never got a response. Lost $300 and still had to find another suit.

Can’t contact them.
Phone number is disconnected, email is not answered and contact form cannot be submitted.

Despite the same measurements used for the jacket, trousers and waistcoat, each were delivered a very different size.

I’m left with a much lighter wallet and no suit for my wedding.

If I could give less I would. This is a SCAM company. Currently trying to get a refund for a suit that never arrived. Their has been no communication from the "company"
