Teaching Personnel Anmeldelser

Great experience from the start, they have great relationships with schools and I’ve always been given good prior information about schools so never feel unprepared. Always friendly staff and approachable when needed.

Teaching Personnel's commitment to their consultants is incredible. The amount they invest in your training is a testament to how much they want you to succeed. The culture is unmatched, If anyone is thinking of working with Teaching Personnel, you absolutely should.

I have had the pleasure of working with Teaching personnel for the past two years. They have supplied me with constant work and always have open communication. Specifically Sophie and Ellie from the Cardiff office have been wonderful with connecting me with great school and they always speaks with respect and kindness.

Since working at teaching personnel in the Cardiff office I have felt nothing but support and confidence from my team !

If you are looking for a career change this is for you !

I’ve been with Teaching Personnel for just over six months, after spending more than 10 years with another education recruitment company. The culture here is unlike anything I’ve experienced in a corporate environment — genuinely caring, success-driven, and truly invested in its people. It’s a great reminder that culture really can eat strategy for breakfast.

Very helpful and amazing communication by the Northampton team. Thank you for getting me a role in an amazing school!

Working with Teaching Personnel has been a very pleasant and professional experience. The agency works very well, their systems are in place and it's a very smooth process. Alex in Preston has been very helpful, and was able to secure a long-term contract pretty much as soon as I started at a pleasant school. Would recommend.

It’s such a wonderful team, so supportive, encouraging, and genuinely uplifting. Working with them is not only inspiring but also an absolute joy. My personal consultant, Alexi, makes the experience even more remarkable.

I have had the pleasure of working with Parys, who has made the onboarding quick and stress free. she has been thorough in guiding me through the different sen schools and roles. due to this i have found my dream role and have had a great september so far! i will be recommending parys and the teaching personnel team to my fellow educator's.

I have worked with Teaching Personnrl for 4 years! I have always had work and been provided roles which suit my preferences and circumstances! Communication has always been excellent. I’ve never had an issue with pay and have in fact recommended friends to the agency! I have only positive experiences!

Stumbled across teaching personnel after having no luck with another education recruitment agency. Lilla was the agent in charge of my application, and from start to finish she's been amazing! Her enthusiasm was so refreshing and a lovely surprise from the past recruitment agents, I've had conversations with. She's top notch, professional and knows what she's doing if you want a reliable recruiter to help you get a job quickly and efficiently, she's your girl!

Bullies become Managers-Shocking.
Avoid this KPI based company.

Parys Keen based at Preston got promoted after bullying and getting involved with someone else's work load.

The management look at attractiveness rather than intelligence.

They do not listen or work with you on what you want.

All about targets like a call centre in competition with the best agency 'Veritas'.

Having worked with Teaching Personnel for over three years, I have always felt they were doing their utmost to find me suitable roles- not just suggesting random schools or year groups. Their hard work and dedication has provided me with many outstanding and rewarding positions.
Of late, the consultant Andrew Gilbert, has gone out of his way to secure posts which have suited me perfectly, which is greatly appreciated.
I look forward to working successfully with Teaching Personnel this coming year.

Really bad experience

The recruiter from the Manchester office kept arranging to call me but then didn't call. He did this on several occasions it was so unprofessional. I chose to join another supply agency.

I had a very bad experience with this company at sheffield branch..all since 17th March 2023. They refused to pay my wages. School sent to false alleged me..aftermath Beth who was in charge, investigation completed, she didn't respond again to my message neither email said all has been passed to the manager..Nothing yet been paid very disheartening.

I will be particular about a staff at teaching personnel in Southampton, her name is Himaya Kumaradasa, she is top tier in relating with her candidates, ensuring every one is carried along.
Look out for Himaya Kumaradasa

Hi I joined Teaching personnel in November 2023. The full process of application interview documents was so well handled. My dbs came through on Tuesday and I had a job the next day. And I have been at that school since then. Long term contract was so ideal. Holly has been amazing everytime I have emailed or called I have always got a response really quickly. Any issues queries were dealt with efficiently. Holly has been a great person and her communication is absolutely brilliant. I would definitely recommend Teachimg personal.

I would recommend anyone to Teaching Personnel at anytime. Did my application online, receive an update, submitted all required documents, attended an interview, applied and got my DBS and now cleared for work; all in less than 3 weeks! ☺️
The turn around time is just Briiliant!
Chloe, who works for the agency has been an amazing person, give me all the imformation and support needed, answered all the questions I had in a timely manner. She is patient, professional and ready to help. She made the whole process seamless!

Good as long as you are in long term one placement work , if you are looking for work then do not expect to be contacted, not great for part time, flexible working hours.
If you have any issues or updates when working do not expect to be contacted by them either for example schools would say "I've already told your agency this" but they had not informed me.
When a DBS check was required, the agency gave it to a particular setting and I have since discovered they were using an out of date one on my file, not my most recent one.
Also, I previously sent an email complaining but received no reply.
